“Night and day experience from the previous place we had to pull our car out of for horrible service and communication. Gerber was helpful, informative and very understanding right from the start. This was my son’s first car accident experience and they put him and us very much at ease that they would take care of everything. They gave us regular updates and had the repair done in less than 10 days. The previous place had the car almost 4 weeks and did nothing but move the car from the front of the parking lot to the back. I would definitely recommend Gerber and would go back to them in a heartbeat. I just hope we don’t have to. 😁”
