The things they did to go-above and-beyond were so overwhelming that it’s hard to articulate in a review.It was as though I pulled into a loving family member’s garage, only one with all the auto supplies in the world available. “If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bruce is awesome. He is honest, a pleasure to work with and his work is perfection. I contacted Bruce after getting quotes from a few other local places with astronomical prices that were 4 times as much as what Bruce charged. His prices cannot be beat and work is meticulously. We are thrilled with the results and you cannot even tell any damage was done. Also, this was a job that was supposed to take a week, he got done in 2 days. “USE DOCK'S!!!!! I got the recommendation from someone at the dealership as well as the place the dealership uses. Dock's was $4000 cheaper than the other place and he did an AMAZING JOB. Honest, easy to get ahold of on the phone (I called a million times) and he did the work quickly so my daughter could get home for spring break. She has a Subaru Outback that now looks new! Don't bother looking any further. Bring your car to Docks.”

“Okay, so on 11/8/23 I was hit by a car in the parking lot at work (Camry) when I was not in the car and the car was parked. There was around $1500 of bumper/quarter panel damage. A month later (I am not kidding) I was rear ended by another car in our other Vehicle (Highlander) coming out of Church. There was around $3800 in damage for that "incident". Zero liability to me in either case. Point is; The at fault driver's insurance in both cases had Gerber Wesley Chapel as a preferred shop. I am very glad they did. Shelley hand held me through both instances; two unique experiences with two different insurance companies (that were not my own). She advocated for me during the process; anticipated every move they would make, which was nice as I'd not had body work needed in quite some time. Repair- flawless in both cases. Rental car (Enterprise) integration to the shop. . perfect both times. Amount of time in the shop. . . half the estimated time in both cases; with communication all along the way. In house staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Even got a kick out of the "office dog" (sorry, forgot the name). Bottom line: I'd use them again. I hope I don't have to; but I would not hesitate. Thanks Gerber!!!!”
