Technician is very informative of what the car needed to get it fix. They send video text to view what they did to the car. Advisor follow up to confirm what I agree or disagree of what I need to service the car before they continue the job. Mazda even offer free car loan if I need to go home and leave the car for major service to get it fix. I don't need car loan because service takes only an hour. Great customer service from manger, technician, and advisor. Advisor consult and explains what it needs for the car services. Mazda car is so reliable vehicle as long as you maintain good care of the car.”

I paid almost 400 $ for one, needed two more and got two for that price. They wanted me to have air filter, spark plugs and battery replaced, quoted a price of 2000.-$ , checked other place 500-600. Driving Mercedes doesn't mean I don't watch what stuff cost . So overall satisfied but overpriced”
