Only issue was limited on using dealership coupons. Could only use two. Saved $600, but missed out on another $100 worth of coupons. Sales tax calculated before coupons applied. Still will return to BMW of Wesley Chapel for service.”

“Where do I even begin. I came to auto zone after my car wasn’t starting. After many failed attempts I visited auto zone for the first time to get a battery. Upon entry I was immediately kindly greeted by Olie. Olie immediately took action and went out, looked at my battery and found the right one for me. He went above and beyond and for no extra charge installed it for me. He gave me pointers and saved the day by helping me with this battery including straps that it had needed. If I need anything else with my car I know where I will be going and I know just the man that will help!”
“This past weekend I traded in my 2021 Rebel 1100 DCT for the 2025 Rebel 1100T DCT and it was a superb experience. Adam, my salesman, is just a super cool dude! Easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and took the time to go over the upgraded screen/infotainment system that was new to me on the 2025.
Honda's finance system went down while I was there causing a delay in my app being processed but there was no down time from the Gables staff. Derrick, from Service, took me back and went over the recommended service intervals and even took the time to move over my accessories to the new bike.

Technician is very informative of what the car needed to get it fix. They send video text to view what they did to the car. Advisor follow up to confirm what I agree or disagree of what I need to service the car before they continue the job. Mazda even offer free car loan if I need to go home and leave the car for major service to get it fix. I don't need car loan because service takes only an hour. Great customer service from manger, technician, and advisor. Advisor consult and explains what it needs for the car services. Mazda car is so reliable vehicle as long as you maintain good care of the car.”
