“**Updating my review because this place is really on their P's and Q's when it comes to customer service. Meaning they take good care of you! Following my initial review, I was contacted about my concerns by Raphael and he made sure to walk thru and review each concern. Raphael went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied following the detailed tune up. My mufflers were aligned and the gap was closed. I was happy with their work and will recommend this location because their customer service is top tier..especially for a car service shop.------original review:Following an accident where I was sandwiched between two cars, I figured it was a good place to take my car for repairs.Customer service is good. Especially Lisa at the front desk. Very friendly. Getting my rental was a breeze. Although I requested text updates, I had to call and request updates. No biggie. Once my car was ready, I was excited to pick it up, expecting quality work.I was** disappointed with the repairs. I still have a gap in the front grill, and the back panel is not flush with the rest of the car. I also had misaligned mufflers.”

“Paint N Go is the way to go! I contacted Siggy (owner of Paint N Go) on 01/02/2024; on 01/03/2024 he was at my house at 8:00am ready to repair the scratch on my car. Paint N Go is a mobile car repair service, although the service is mobile it is VERY professional. I have a 2022 BMW X3, I am not quite sure how I obtained the scratch/damage on the vehicle. I noticed it a couple days before Christmas after all of the holiday shopping I had done. I spent several days researching and looking for a reliable vendor to repair my car. I was provided quotes upwards of $1,800. Paint N Go has a very simple website where you upload the photos of the damage to your vehicle and a quote is provided to you. You simply accept the quote and Siggy offers you the next available appointment. The quote provided was a fraction of what the other vendors offered me. Siggy was very professional and clean. When he completed the work there was no sign he was there other then the smell of fresh paint. For my small repair it took him about 75 minutes. I also want to note, I live in an HOA neighborhood, Siggy is so clean and professional, I had no concerns with him being present or having issues with my HOA. He is passionate about his craft and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. I would recommended Paint N Go to anyone looking for a professional car repair service. I waited 2 days after the job to upload before and after pictures (the scratch was on the driver side fender). There is no sign I even had a repair completed. Siggy gets two “attaboys” from me!”

The technician was very friendly and showed me how to simply reset the TPMS from the dash in my car with no repair needed! Great experience and I will be going back when I have tire issues. “Mazda Of Wesley Chapel has great service and taje care of my car. They diagnosed the car for any battery issue abs any maintenance are needed. Technician is very informative of what the car needed to get it fix. They send video text to view what they did to the car. Advisor follow up to confirm what I agree or disagree of what I need to service the car before they continue the job. Mazda even offer free car loan if I need to go home and leave the car for major service to get it fix. I don't need car loan because service takes only an hour. Great customer service from manger, technician, and advisor. Advisor consult and explains what it needs for the car services. Mazda car is so reliable vehicle as long as you maintain good care of the car.”

“Title: Opportunity for Improvement in Customer Service for Rideshare Drivers As an Uber driver and proud owner of an S3 BMW, I recently had to bring my vehicle in for servicing at Wesley Chapel BMW. I want to make it clear that the service I received from the staff at Wesley Chapel BMW was excellent, and I don't mean to offend them in any way. However, I feel compelled to share my experience and offer a suggestion for improvement to BMW corporate from the perspective of a working American. I believe that there should be a solution in place to allow rideshare drivers to continue earning money when their vehicles are being serviced for more than a day. While I received good service from the individuals at Wesley Chapel BMW, I believe there is an opportunity for BMW corporate to explore the possibility of setting up rentals and loaner vehicles specifically for individuals involved in rideshare services. This would greatly enhance the customer service experience and expand the brand's appeal. Currently, the Hertz rental location associated with Wesley Chapel BMW does not permit the use of rental vehicles for rideshare purposes. I have found that there are other rental agencies in Florida that do allow rideshare usage, but unfortunately, Wesley Chapel BMW does not have contracts with these establishments. Therefore, I hope this review serves as an informative suggestion to create an opportunity for working-class Americans to continue earning money while their vehicles are being serviced by any dealership from which they purchased their dream vehicle. “The people I met we're always friendly and helpful, have only minor things done but with no problem The only thing is, they are way overpriced in everything, tires ... I paid almost 400 $ for one, needed two more and got two for that price. They wanted me to have air filter, spark plugs and battery replaced, quoted a price of 2000.-$ , checked other place 500-600. Driving Mercedes doesn't mean I don't watch what stuff cost . So overall satisfied but overpriced”
