“Ok. This place is purely phenomenal. Nathan has been super helpful and understanding of my situation and really went out of his way to help me get the car fixed! I've had horrible experiences with mechanics in the past where they tried so hard to rip me off. Nathan was different. He gave me multiple options to choose that would best accommodate to my financial circumstances and even did few service items for free! He could have used his expertise to take advantage of people just like how a lot of mechanics are. But he was truly a different, honest, trustworthy person standing for integrity. “I brought my 2014 Impala in because it would not go over 49 mph. Within an hour they diagnosed the problem which had to do with the computer of the car. I was told by Cheryl that she will order the part and that it might take 5-7 business days, because it has to come from out of state. Well, the part was received in 3 days, and in 2 days the part was installed. Everyone at Wicked Wrench could not have been more professional and accommodating. They did it for a fair price, and even washed the car before returning it to me. I was so happy they accepted my credit card as I did not have the cash available. “I've had a great experience with Tires Plus on Hwy 41 in Lutz and truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Six months ago, Wesley Chapel Lexus told me my brake pads needed to be replaced. After later realizing they had also recommended a brake flush that I had recently completed, I decided to get a second opinion from Tires Plus.
In March, Tires Plus inspected my brakes and told me the pads were showing some wear but did not need replacement yet. Today, after driving an additional 5,000 miles, I had them checked again while getting my tires rotated, and they confirmed that the brake pads are still in good condition.
It's refreshing to find a business that doesn't try to sell services that aren't necessary. Eddie was professional, informative, and polite throughout the process. The service was completed quickly, and I appreciate that they took the time to ensure my vehicle was safe, especially since I travel quite a bit.
Their honesty has earned my trust, and I'll definitely continue bringing my vehicle to Tires Plus. Highly recommended!”
