“Purchased a bag of SGM almond grout from their website. Super hard to find this brand in California. Not realizing they were located in Tampa, Florida, I gave them a call to follow-up on the order. It could have been real easy for them to cancel the order and tell me the distance was too far, but instead they took care of the customer and shipped a 25 lb. bag of grout all the way to SoCal.
