“Night and day experience from the previous place we had to pull our car out of for horrible service and communication. Gerber was helpful, informative and very understanding right from the start. This was my son’s first car accident experience and they put him and us very much at ease that they would take care of everything. They gave us regular updates and had the repair done in less than 10 days. The previous place had the car almost 4 weeks and did nothing but move the car from the front of the parking lot to the back. I called the company on Tuesday afternoon requesting an appointment to replace my auto windshield. Mackenzie answered the phone and collected all of my information and said that a sales rep would call me back to schedule an appointment, since they were busy.
I got a call back the same day, within 2 hours, and Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got me scheduled for Thursday! He also called my insurance company and stayed on the line while the agent collected my information. Kevin also explained to me Glass Doctor’s warranty and what to expect during the day of the appointment.
The day of the appointment, Colin arrives at the start of the day and gets the process completed within 30-45 minutes. He was kind and knowledgeable about the procedure as well! Thank you Colin for the amazing job !!
