I called the company on Tuesday afternoon requesting an appointment to replace my auto windshield. Mackenzie answered the phone and collected all of my information and said that a sales rep would call me back to schedule an appointment, since they were busy.
I got a call back the same day, within 2 hours, and Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got me scheduled for Thursday! He also called my insurance company and stayed on the line while the agent collected my information. Kevin also explained to me Glass Doctor’s warranty and what to expect during the day of the appointment.
The day of the appointment, Colin arrives at the start of the day and gets the process completed within 30-45 minutes. He was kind and knowledgeable about the procedure as well! Thank you Colin for the amazing job !!

“Gerber did a fantastic job repairing a dent in the roof, major cracks in the windshield, and a dent in the hood following a large tree branch that fell on my car. Insurance paid most of the bill, and now my car looks like it was new. There was a slight delay with the windshield, as the first windshield Honda sent was cracked. Gerber kept me informed throughout the process and everything was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the results.”

Also, the Windshield is warranted for as long as we own the car by Mike's Auto Glass for weatherstrips. Great experience, preferred Geico Vendor and delicate accurate work for calibrating all the new technology.”

“Brought in my 2022 Lexus for a dash cam install the guys are great focus, competent professional in and out in like 100 minutes or less the price was very fair although the waiting room was a little sparse. They were genuinely friendly as well as confident it was a good service experience and I’ll be taking back my wife’s car and my truck to have a dash cam installed.”

“Nancy kept me up to date on the status of my windshield and sent me a picture of my finished vehicle at the Alfa Romeo dealership. Based on other comments here I thought it would take at least a month to get my windshield replaced, but it took only two weeks. It would have been quicker if my insurance company hadn't taken forever to approve the calibration. I highly recommend NWR. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do I'll know who to call.”
