The staff is helpful, attentive, and polite, taking time to explain the platform and assist with accounts like rollovers and Roth IRAs. This gives clients the confidence to invest for the long term and trade on their own. Overall, it is a very pleasant and outstanding experience at the investment firm.

Charles Schwab company purchased TDAmeritrade I am with TD. TD had local branches for customers to use when needed. The two companies have not completely intergraded yet, but Schwab closed most of the TD branches. So far I don't care for the way they are going about the merger or the lack of communication with the customers.
