“I love that the staff remembers me and is friendly. I also appreciate the little extras they do in service such as helping complete my deposit slip. I run my own business and typically have multiple transactions to complete. I prefer credit unions over large banks due to the personal service and Midflorida does this very well. So much so I prefer to park and go in versus using the drive through. I also have a BOA account and avoid going there due to the service. I also appreciate the hours of availability at Midflorida. Being open from 7 to 7, means I am able to get personal service at times that are convenient to my business. Thank you for being my neighborhood credit union with a small town feel and big bank backing power and coverage.”

“I needed to deposit some funds into my account as well as other transactions, so as i come to the entrance, you will need to be buzzed in. Once you enter the lobby area, it is clean, pleasant, and quiet. There is an area for you to use to prep your business with the Credit Union. Then once you get in line which is not too long on most days, you are greeted professionally by a teller to assist you. I always enjoy my dealings with the Cedit Union as well taking some to actually enter the facility as such, I hope you will too.”

“I had a hold on my account online and tried to resolve my issue over the phone with the company but they could do NOTHING to help me and weren't even willing to give me any kind of temporary solutions. So because of the lack of support I went into this branch in person. I spoke with the branch manager Jason. He was so professional and so accommodating. I told him about my situation and how frustrated I was and he really went over and above to help me resolve some of the issues. Unfortunately not everything could be fixed right at that moment because of the "Companies policies" but I know Jason did everything in his power to help me. I am so thankful for people like him who have such a kind heart and are willing to step out for a customer in desperate needs during difficult times. He really is an asset to the company. Not so sure about the companies policies but I am grateful for people like him. It's because of HIM that I will continue to bank with Suntrust, but if I have any issues in the future I will ONLY be dealing with Jason and his branch instead of over the phone!!!”
