Louis is the best. He willingly helped us load and unload into our vehicle all the tile, grout, thresholds and other items we purchased. Ensuring all the codes were correct and the amount purchased was what is needed.
The rest of the staff was helpful and friendly as well. The Wesley chapel stores is definitely the one to shop at.

I had a fantastic experience at Floor and Decor! Frank, Kevin, and Michelle were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect flooring for my needs. They were all very patient, offering great recommendations and ensuring I made the best choice for what I needed. The receiving team was also awesome – they got me out quickly and efficiently. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond, making this a smooth and positive shopping experience. Highly recommend!

I was at the Lutz store to get some supplies for my project, I had the great fortune to meet and be assisted by Frank. He provided excellent customer service well above and beyond what anyone could expect from a retail store, he guided me to the products that are needed and some fantastic tips and knowledge to make my project a success and well beyond our expectations. We love going to Floor and Decor not only for the wide variety of great products but for their knowledge and superior customer service.

We ordered a beautiful Midcentury Vanity from here and needed it delivered quickly due to timelines. Jazmine contacted me immediately and set up an expedited and timely delivery when my contractors were here to assist. I had to change the time due to scheduling. She immediately took my call and made the necessary changes. Jazmine saved the day and helped me to navigate the delivery. She is awesome. I wish everyone was like her 💗

STAY AWAY!!! Horrible customer service once they have the sale. Never answer the phone and can’t get a call back. I’ve been dealing with a flooring problem for a year now.

Everyone is so helpful here and the selections are endless. This is the go-to store for me and it’s where I send our clients. From tile, to laminate, to vinyl flooring, they’ve got a great variety of products. If you need help, the associates are always there to assist you as well.

Picked up over 1200 pounds of tile product today at the Lutz store. Louis and Trey were very professional and courteous while loading our vehicles. Wait time after checking in was less than 5 minutes.

The store is well organized and those helping on the floor were courteous. However, the cashier’s can improve. There were younger males at the register on their phones. They barely spoke, never lifter their heads, and just tossed the receipt in to my hand. Please train your employees to be respectful and present .
