ISM Saddle has great customer service!! Had a saddle where the cover was cracking some. Well outside the normal 30 day from purchase window most companies honor. Inquired with the company and after reviewing pics of the problem, they offered to send a new seat! Buy ISM!

I bought one of their bike seats to replace a worn out old seat and this is the most comfortable one I've ever planted my butt on!
