Myra showed me two different options on markdown plus a third pair on major markdown. Pros 1) Great product knowledge 2) Upsold me on socks (they rock) and 3) the store was very clean. Hooked me up with a pair of Supreme M4s, that fit just about perfectly after 2 hours in them. I give all the credit to Cole and his never ending patience in finding me that right skate.
