Rich in MST helped me pick out a grill and break it down to fit into my car. He went above his duties to help me make sure I got what I needed in a timely manner. I appreciate his effort and assistance.

I have to change my review. The returning Merch guy ( black dude), was very rude to the lady upfront while customers were there. Couldn't return an item because it was open but not used. When I went to the back end , there were items opened up. ( See photo).
