I visited the Lowe’s store in Odessa yesterday to pick up lumbers, boards, and screws for a project, and I received hands-down some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
TJ was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond—helping me search for and select the straightest, highest-quality boards, making sure I got the exact right screws for the job, and even helping me load everything onto my pickup truck.
It’s rare to find employees who take this level of care and initiative to ensure the customer gets exactly what they need. TJ is a huge asset to this location. Thank you, TJ, for the top-notch help! Highly recommend this store”
