“This morning I went to Lowe’s with a project of mind to build on a platform with steps and rails onto our playground to prevent my 2 year old from falling. There was this nice young gentleman named TJ who helped me. While most would have discouraged me bc I’m a female… TJ not only encouraged me but helped me brainstorm. Thank you again TJ!”

“Outstanding Service from TJ at Lowe's in Odessa! I visited the Lowe’s store in Odessa yesterday to pick up lumbers, boards, and screws for a project, and I received hands-down some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. TJ was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond—helping me search for and select the straightest, highest-quality boards, making sure I got the exact right screws for the job, and even helping me load everything onto my pickup truck. It’s rare to find employees who take this level of care and initiative to ensure the customer gets exactly what they need. TJ is a huge asset to this location. Thank you, TJ, for the top-notch help! Highly recommend this store”

“I had an excellent experience with this Home Depot employee Brennen. Even though the store was very busy, he was patient, professional, and took the time to make sure I got the help I needed. His customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond instead of making me feel rushed. I really appreciated their knowledge, positive attitude, and willingness to help. This is exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Five stars!”

“I don't understand all the hate here for Lowes but I guess that it's mostly delivery issues. Aside from a store manager giving me wrong info, the corporate customer service solved my problem on the phone first go around.”
