“I had driven 40 mins to the usps where they told me they would be unable to print a shipping label or ship my package until I had one. I had a package I needed to drop off to ups anyways so I asked if they could help. They did!! Printed a label from a screenshot I had and shipped the package for me from there. So convenient and kind!”

“Bought the K13 lite about 3 months ago, ran into an issue today with 2 alternately red flashing lights, contacted Procolored tech support and they were able to fix the issue within seconds!! awesome tech support tech, I would like to take a minute and write this review because they are great at what they do and also their products are top notch. if you had any issue with your printers please contacted them ASAP and they will work with you.
