“We were blown away by the incredible help we received from Sam (and team) at this location on a busy Saturday morning. We were having an issue with 5 boxes coming from another state to be delivered to our apartment. They weren't suppose to deliver them until Monday as we would not have access until then but we're being delivered that day. Sam made several calls to get all the information. He was also able to get contact info on the driver (Scott) who asked that we contact him so we did. He arranged to meet us at the apartment where we were able to secure the boxes. In those boxes were over half of our personal possessions! Scott and Sam had the greatest attitude and just wanted to help us out. BTW, our delivery had nothing to do with that store but they were still all willing to help. Thank you so much. You made our day!”

“I had such a great experience at OfficeMax thanks to John and Camila. I ordered a canvas print online and unfortunately the website did not make it clear that 16x20 prints are not completed in store, which could have completely ruined my anniversary gift.

John stepped in and was absolutely incredible. He took the time to walk me through options and came up with a creative solution that turned out even better than I expected. He truly cared about making sure my gift came together perfectly.
