Tractor Supply Co. is a great store for livestock and pet supplies, animal feed, hand gardening tools, and seasonal items. Customers report it is a very nice store that is always clean and has lots of parking, including handicap spaces. The stock is consistently good with helpful discount bins, and prices on hay and pet food are noted as good.
The staff receives high praise for being friendly, pretty helpful, and going above and beyond. Specific examples include excellent service from initial phone calls to assisting with loading and assembly. In one notable instance, the team provided impeccable and unbelievable customer service by replacing a damaged mini bike well outside the normal return policy, creating a forever customer. While most feedback is extremely positive, one reviewer mentions a preference for the store to stop selling animals. Overall, customers find it a good local Tractor Supply with great service.
