“It was 9:25pm (closing time) and Carol welcomed me to check out with so much joy! Chit chatting I told her I was moving, she shared info on Home Sense and educated me on the credit card for me to save during moving. She has such a filling personality.

The manager Blake (cool blonde and black hair style) was amazing as well, really treated me like a valued customer.

The store is clean, organized, and has lots of options.”

“I love this place! They have great import foods and wines, and they also have great imported furniture and a small amount of cool clothing. I have to mention how their customer service is above and beyond. Two of the managers, Ashley and Jennifer, have been so incredibly patient and helpful with me ordering some pieces, and getting them picked up. I'm very grateful I walked in that store. I lost all my furniture in my home from the hurricanes. I'm still waiting for my insurance company (whom I have nothing to say good about) to provide my insurance money needed for the restoration of my home. In the meantime, I needed some small pieces a beautiful furniture to fit in The Boathouse, and they had just the thing I needed and it's beautiful I love it! And there's many things there I want to buy once I get my house done. Unfortunately to the accent chairs have already been sold and they're coming from all over the world so you never know if they're going to get any more or not so if you find something you like, buy it when you see it! They have a pretty rapid turn over on their inventory, because it's all great quality”

“Pros: Pet wash room was very clean. Staff provided 3 towels for my 100 lb, double coated German Shepherd which was definitely necessary.
Cons: No brushes to reach the undercoat.(One brush, but it brushed only the top coat) No nail clippers. One tub was actually plugged with hair. All the scrubber gloves and scrubber tools were full of hair. The water hoses are too short, unable to reach the dog when they sit on the far end away from the spout.”

“Found out this place has gas a day prior to Hurricane Milton's arrival. They were so well organized. They had Allied Security there that guided all cars to enter one way. They had others positioned to guide your car at which pump, depending on what side your gas cap was one. The cars were well lined up out on Dale Mabry but it went pretty quick considering. Hands Down to this location and service.”

“My husband and I returned some items here from Amazon. The lady who scanned our items in, accidentally double scanned one of the items and she said she’d cancel one of them, and I also accidentally gave her the wrong QR code. She didn’t cancel it and placed the wrong label on the item and therefore we had an issue on our Amazon account. We called and the supervisor Trey (maybe it’s Tray or Tre lol) not sure how it’s spelled, volunteered to open up boxes to find the item and redo the return with the right label. This is an example of going above and beyond in customer service! Thank you Trey (I hope that’s how you spell your name). Because of you - I opted to give this location a 5 star rating. ?”

“My husband left an item behind at the self-checkout. Thanks to Walmart employee, Linda S. who was at the self-checkout the item was pulled aside and I was able to pick it up. Thank you LINDA S. excellent customer service! The day I went to get this item, I also needed assistance in the frozen grocery aisle. I asked Walmart Employee, Angelo B. who was fantastic at helping me find an item that was not in stock but he looked up when it should be back on the shelf. Thank you Linda S. and Angelo B. for making my experience at Walmart awesome today! JMsh”

“Thank you ej in electronics for working as hard as u do u are the reason they are getting a 5 star review but the manager Ricky has a crap attitude and for ej today to be as busy as he was and for Ricky to mouth off to him when ej was asking for help was very unprofessional and he deserves reprimanding for his attitude towards one of his employees”

“This Kohl’s in Lutz is clean and easy to shop, with plenty of sales and deals. The staff is generally friendly and checkout is usually quick. Some areas can be a bit messy at times and sizes aren’t always fully stocked, but overall it’s a solid place to shop. I’d come back.”
