You can tell she genuinely cares about providing good customer service, and made the visit that much better. Having someone like Becca working there definitely makes a difference. “i love going to different smoke shops all the time however, this smoke shop is probably one of the only few that i keep coming back to. the employees here have gone out of their way multiple times to match my budget. they are increadibly patient and obviously try to put effort and countless time into this shop. they are constantly trying to add new products and always staying on top of making sure things are stocked. the location is also perfect for me as it's not a too far drive from my house. i honestly really like coming here because of the customer service, and that they really know what they are selling. some shops barely know anything about the things they sell. t”
