“Kenny & staff is always helpful, knowledgeable & excellent costumer service! I’ve been coming to this shop for 10 years & won’t go anywhere else!”
“This is an awesome smoke shop with everything you need, Austin was able to help me with my purchase today and made sure I had everything I needed. Shop kitty 10/10.”
“Just left the smoke shop for the first time and it’s gotta be one of the best I’ve ever been to! Super clean the guy that helped me inside was amazing and so friendly and knowledgeable about everything. This is the place everyone should go to!”
“Staff is Amazing and very helpful, considering a newbie like me, was very welcomed and guided me through the many questions I had.
Would definitely recommend going to the store in-person (not online) as they guide you through the new arrivals and could get a good in-store deals happening...
While I didn't experience the in-store amenities, other than the humidor, it looks to be a great place to enjoy the atmosphere there.
Next time I will stay and enjoy the atmosphere for sure!”
“I love the low prices on Sapporo! Premium Japanese beer for less than $15 a 12 pack?! Gogogo! Mini prices are great and the selection is on par. Try before you buy a fifth... or handle. ?”
“Complete novice. Ladies in the shop were extremely helpful and informative. Had a wonderful selection to choose from. I work in ybor area, but this is convenient to my house”

“Really great experience! The shop has a good selection, everything was easy to find, and the whole experience with smooth from start to finish. Becca was especially helpful - she was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually help me find what I was looking for instead of just rushing me through.
You can tell she genuinely cares about providing good customer service, and made the visit that much better. Having someone like Becca working there definitely makes a difference. I'll absolutely be coming back and we would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great smoke shop with good service!!”
