“A solid shop with plenty of accessories, glass, papers, and knowledgeable employees. This place has been my go-to for any rigs and glass for years and has not let me down any time I’ve been in. My only gripe is the locations entrance is a bit tricky to navigate during busier hours, but it’s well worth the trip. Thanks guys!”

“i love going to different smoke shops all the time however, this smoke shop is probably one of the only few that i keep coming back to. the employees here have gone out of their way multiple times to match my budget. they are increadibly patient and obviously try to put effort and countless time into this shop. they are constantly trying to add new products and always staying on top of making sure things are stocked. the location is also perfect for me as it's not a too far drive from my house. i honestly really like coming here because of the customer service, and that they really know what they are selling. some shops barely know anything about the things they sell. t”

“They've got the customer service thing down. Good guys. Knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is call ahead to make sure they have what you're looking for. They don't seem to stock themselves as quickly as other smoke shops. That way it saves you a trip. Other than that I highly recommend the business”

“I often order on line and pick up at the store. It is so convenient and the gentleman who brings my order to my car is exceptionally nice. The are always quick to have my orders available. Today I ordered on line and accidentally requested to be picked up tomorrow. I called the store and told the gentleman on the phone that I would be out of town and not able to get my order until Monday, which it was my fault and it wouldn't be an issue. He was so nice and helpful and said he would have my order (15 bottles of wine) ready today! In less than an hour I received an email letting e know my order is available for pick up! Fantastic customer service and everyone in the store is always so nice, when I do go in! I highly recommend Total Wine, Wesley Chapel. I will never shop anywhere else!”
