“I want to recognize MJ for an absolutely amazing experience today! I had ordered matching gifts for my son and me, but late last night I learned they wouldn’t arrive in time for my flight to San Diego to see him. The gift has a lot of meaning to me, and I knew Fossil offered engraving and had beautiful products, so I drove from St. Pete to Lutz and arrived just as the store was opening. From the moment I walked in, MJ was incredibly welcoming. He listened to what I was trying to do and why it was important to me, immediately started going through his inventory, and guided me toward the perfect gifts for my son and me. What could have been a stressful morning turned into an amazing experience. MJ handled everything with a smile, genuine encouragement, and a real desire to help. I left with exactly what I needed—and feeling even more excited to give my son his gift. Thank you, MJ, for going above and beyond and making my day nothing short of amazing. This is what exceptional customer service looks like!”
