“Excellent friendly service. They replaced batteries on a Mavado, and GSHOCK in about 20 min each. They also were about to replace the more expensive solar battery and clasp on a Citizen, had to order parts and done in two weeks. Price was very reasonable.”

I came in for repair on my SEIKO 0853, it needed a new band, the nice lady and watchmaker found a great looking period correct band and custom fitted it for my watch and I received it back quickly!
They also service Rolex.

“Changing my review from one star to five. Previous review below. Today my brother was in town. I wanted to show him this store but warned him my experience was so bad I had to leave a negative review. We decided to give em another chance. Boy o boy are we glad we did. Met Mike as soon as we walked in. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. A true 15 out of 10 help. While we didn’t pull any triggers today I plan to be back soon for that Presidential or Pepsi. Someone needs to give Mike a raise!
Just stopped in with every intention of buying a Rolex or a Bell and Ross. Was wearing sweatpants T-shirt and a nice jacket. But clearly because I wasn’t the most dressed up person in the store. I was completely ignored. Wandered around the shop for about 20 minutes. Watches several staff just walked by me without so much of a “hello”. One gentleman asked if he could help me. When I said, I was watch shopping, he told me to wait until some other gentlemen were done. Felt very unwelcome in that store. Won’t be back.”
