“Well first off I have to say these guys are awesome, they are hard working honest and the most downto earth "real" people. They don't front to get you to spend money they tell you complete honesty "yeah even if that does mean that a jug of 410A has gone up to skyrocketing prices unfortunately" they at least make an effort to help as well as the humor to keep most the money stress down. After a few snafus on my end, he went looking for a bow for the smoker as it was a Christmas gift for my husband. “I wanted to leave a positive review for Alex at Ace Hardware in Lynn Haven, Florida. I came in looking for a screw for the power cable on my dryer, and even though they didn’t have the exact part I needed, Alex still went above and beyond to help me out.
He was the first person to greet me when I walked in, immediately asked how he could help, and even took the time to ask about my day. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping instead of just brushing me off because the item wasn’t in stock.
He also told me about the cookouts you guys do on Saturdays, which was a nice touch and made the experience feel welcoming and community-oriented. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.
Honestly, employees like Alex are the reason people come back to local stores instead of ordering everything online. The guy deserves a raise. Big thanks to Alex for the outstanding customer service and positive attitude.”
