Innovations Financial Credit Union has a friendly and helpful staff known for their kindness and good service. Members appreciate their great deposit rates and the absence of fees for cash deposits. The credit union has improved its online system over time, and members have been very satisfied with their experiences since 2011, including the addition of a business account. While some dislike the standing desks and lack of a teller line, overall, customers highly recommend the credit union for its service, rates, and welcoming environment.
I have had nothing but great service, and a wonderful experience since being a member here. Becky Hamilton is awesome!!!! Absolutely the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend innovations for all your needs!!!
