Always a long wait, I have sat in like for 20+minutes and it has barely moved. This pharmacy has to be one of the worst I've gone too do not recommend at all

Had a problem getting my medication and Alicia was very helpful to even actually return my call as promised. Who does that today? From the service I was provided today, Alicia definitely deserves a pay raise for making Publix Pharmacy a better place to shop. Great job and thank you!

They simply do not answer the phone in the pharmacy I've tried for 2 days and right when you think someone's picking up it's another customer trying to get information on their prescription, that happened to me twice today what is going on Publix?? Do better!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Every month, I have to call to check on prescriptions to which they say, "it got stuck in our system" or "oh, it's on backorder and we have no idea when we will get a shipment." Don't even get me started on how they handle situations like that. It is almost impossible to get them to pick up the phone and when they do, it's usually just to place you back on hold without saying anything. I have tried calling at different times throughout the day, thinking that I would be lucky enough for someone to pick up, which never happens. Today takes the cake though. After waiting on hold for the 8th time, my call was merged with another patients call. We were both confused. The woman told me she had been waiting on hold for 45 minutes. We had to hang up and start all over. I ended up having to physically go into the store (which is out of my way) to check on a prescription that my son absolutely has to have. The girl at the desk with braces is extremely rude. She told me that the prescription would be ready today. I asked if she was sure because the last time they told me that, I had to wait an extra 2 days to pick up my daughters pain medication after she had surgery. This girl literally stared at me for 10 seconds before she said, "yes" with attitude written all over her face. Clearly, I am not the only one who has these issues. It's ridiculous.

In person the staff is very friendly. However I have to wait days for prescriptions and I get the same ones every month. I’ll have texts to let me know they are ready but then when I go to pick them up, I’m told it will take several more hours. Also trying to call their pharmacy is impossible. No one ever picks up, the phone will ring non stop for several minutes or you are just hung up on.

Staff is very kind but unfortunately they’re always too busy & not very reliable source for important medications.

I would give the a minus star if I could . They don't answer their phone. I was on hold 45 minutes when they did answer the hung up on me. So I went down to store I've been without my BP meds woman looked at me and said I won't die without them . One of my meds is on a 12 day refill she told me no one needs that every 12 days we will refill it in 20 days I've never felt so disrespected as I did today I'm taking my perceptions some where else someone needs to look at this pharmacy. They r not nice at all I'm done

If I could give zero stars ,I would. The response was, "Oh no, we are still filling scripts from yesterday. So MAYBE tomorrow.Sorry, Publix you dropped the ball. Pain meds and muscle relaxers can't wait till maybe tomorrow. Very disappointed.

This pharmacy is ridiculous! Do not, at any cost, use this pharmacy! This is the second time that I'm supposed to have a refill on my prescription and they apparently don't have it in stock right now. Instead of notifying me that they're out of stock when I reply 'Yes' to their text asking if I need a refill, I don't hear anything and run out waiting for notification that my prescription is ready. I've tried calling and nobody answers the phone. Go somewhere else. I don't know what has happened to this publix, but shopping (including their pharmacy) is definitely not a pleasure there!

Extremely rude and uncooperative cashier. Went to pick up a prescription for my mom, the same I’ve picked up for her many times before. However today 9/5/23 the same cashier who has checked me out previously denied me the ability to pick up my moms prescription. My mom is in a wheelchair and is very difficult for her to get to the pharmacy. When I showed my ID like all times before, she barely glanced at my ID and rudely denied me the ability to pick up the prescription. When I explained to her that I’ve picked it up many times before she rolled her eyes and told me that I couldn’t pick it up. And looking at other google reviews it seems she has also been problematic with other customers.

They take way to long to fill a simple prescription. Mine was called in and it took over 9 hours for them to fill it. Them when they said it was ready I waited another 30 mins at the store because it actually wasn't ready.

Extremely rude cashier. I prepaid long before I arrived. I waited at the prepay window. Nobody was there. I looked at the pay line and nobody was in line. I walked to the counter where I was lectured about not waiting at the prepay window. I told them I did but nobody was there. She said next time you need to wait because we might be on the phone or something. Nobody was on a phone. All 4 were huddled at the pay window. How horrible for her to have to walk 6 extra steps to grab my prescription.

Very poor manners. Have been lied too repeatedly on several different occasions, telling me my medications are ready and when I arrive they tell me the aren't ready and it will be a few more hours, then when I return again they tell the medication is out of stock and it will be days before its back in stock. They will also wait until after hours on Friday to tell you they are out so you can't transfer to a pharmacy that does have it. Very unprofessional and rude and could care less if you go without your much needed medication.
