Everything great about The Storage Inn centers on the competence, promptness and friendliness of Emily, the onsite Manager. We choose to store items and park our RV there because of her. Her kind of customer service is becoming rare and we could choose to use other facilities. We plan to stay at Storage Inn because of Emily. Period!

I picked up a UHaul rental here and it was her first time doing one. It took a long time which was fine as it was her first one but she charged me a $40 insurance that I had declined on my online reservation. She told me it was a deposit that I would get it back which is not true. She did not know what she was doing. If you need a UHaul go somewhere else.
