“I don't even know where to begin. We were on a trip from Northern Georgia to mid Florida for a very important wedding. Our car broke down in this town, we limped it to Advanced Auto thinking it was just a belt that needed to be replaced. Sadly it was not. It needed a mechanic. This was Saturday afternoon, the clerk at Advanced Auto not only found us a tow truck but also a mechanic on very short notice. The tow truck was here in no time and our car is being towed to a mechanics. They went out if their wab to help us. A-1 service for sure!!”

“I am a very senior citizen and a light came on in my suv which i thought was a battery light. It didn't go out and made me nervous so I went to auto zone on 6th street in macclenny. Cooper listened as I told him my concern then immediately went out to check my battery. Finding it was not great but shouldn't have caused the light he asked me to start my car so he could see the light. Turns out it's the check engine light, so he diagnosed it with that thing they have and explained what he found. He showed me the problem and the parts that would be needed for repair and even printed everything out for me so I could research on my own. I appreciated his knowledge and his suggestions because he was professional and patient and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. I am grateful for Auto Zone in Macclenny because they hire people who understand some of us know very little about the vehicles we drive but they are experienced and competent. Along with his expertise, Cooper gave me peace of mind that they are honest and
can be trusted.
