“I came to Mike for a few warning lights that came up on my dash, after visiting a couple shops in Macclenny that were booked up. We set up a time for me to drop off the vehicle so he could look it over, he was very easy to schedule with. In the same day he sent me a detailed break down of all the issues he found after his inspection. He broke down the price for parts and labor individually for each repair, which were very fair. He also broke it down in priority order. This really help me make sure I focused on the immediate repairs that needed to be done, and which ones could wait. After he replaced my lower control arms, which was done promptly, he took me to take a look at the old part. He showed me exactly where the problems were on the old control arms. He didn't have to, as I never asked, this just shows his dedication to taking care of his customers from start to finish. He is thorough, honest, and does fantastic work. I will recommend Mike to anyone I hear needs a Mechanic. I appreciate his dedication to his craft. If you can get your car to the shop, you definitely will not be disappointed. “…after 2 1/2 hours on the phone w/“roadside assistance”, I googled & found Robbie’s Car & Truck Svc. Three miles away from where I was on the side of the highway, took a chance & made the drive (engine light on & carbon monoxide alarm had gone off x2, sprinter van) I arrived unannounced & Robbie himself very graciously stopped whatever he was working on & fixed us up! Still 6 hrs from home, the remainder of our trip was uneventful. Great experience, great service, good people, very grateful!”

“Very professional and knowledgeable. I presented a rusted bodywork problem, and they were quick to give a quote, how long it would take, and explained how they would repair the panels.Kept me updated as they worked on the car, stopped by occasionally and they showed me the work they had done and the work they were still going to do.Even repainted the area, and other areas around it after they finished welding in new metal. (Welds looked very clean).Definitely recommend for quality body work. I had massive rust holes in the body of the car, and now they look good as new.Even installed new trim around the area.”

“They saved me and my grandfathers road trip! The day before me and my grandfather were supposed to head out for a cross country road trip, my Dodge stated leaking coolant. After the mechanic that I use blew me off when I desperately needed him, I called Southern Diesel at 8:30am to see if they could help me. I arrived at 9:30am and they had me fixed up by lunch time. “My man's check engine light came on. I have a code reader and I'm able to replace and reset basic things, but the code I was getting was beyond what I knew how to do, so I decided taking the car to a shop would be better. I was having not so great experiences with other shops in the area, so I decided to take our car here this time because of the good reviews. I had to wait a couple days to drop the car off because they were busy, but the day I dropped it off, they looked at it and had it fixed quickly. It didn't need any new parts, they just needed to reset something, so they charged us for an hour of labor and we were good to go. The service was great and the price was reasonable. The reviews here are true! If we have any more issues, we'll definitely take our cars to Jimmy's.Service: Auto maintenance”
