We would like to give a shout out to Cyrus for all his help, we purchased two I-pads, and two Apple watches from 2 different Verizon locations that Cyrus helped us at both locations. Cyrus is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful with all of our questions, concerns, and inquires during the purchase process. We will most definitely reach out to Cyrus to assist us with our I-phone upgrades in September 2025 to the new I-phone 17 Pro Max Plus! Thanks Cyrus for making our experience a most pleasant one!!!

Brandon Massey was my salesperson, and l've never had a smoother experience at Verizon. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Brandon took the time to show me helpful features on my phone that I never even knew existed. I came in with three different phones having issues, and he resolved all of them within a reasonable amount of time before I left.
He was incredibly kind, patient, and a pleasure to be around-his positive attitude and calm demeanor truly stood out. If you're looking for someone who genuinely knows what they're doing and takes pride in helping others, I highly recommend asking for Brandon. I left very happy and grateful for the exceptional service.
