“Very unique and different they hv a lot of diversity for every cultures and different personalities...they literally have so many unusual trinkets..JUST keep in mind when you go to this very unique and unusual place that it's an all day affair,kinda like a small flea market in one large location...prices from what i have seen in the little bit of time that my wife and I were there are very cheap n reasonable, heist with that being said you get what u pay for in most case and although i did find a perfume for my wife and I that really was quite nice it was 2.99$ instead of 150.00$ lol smells just as nice n like 90% off now thats a bargin worth looking for...enjoy your escapade.... we did want to mention w/o bei g rude that the lady whom works the register wasnt oh so friendly...very rude infact ,hey but who's judging...god bless ,and those in need at god speed..share love not hart n dnt discriminate love everyone and ur self..”

“Once I gave Dollar Tree a chance, I'M HOOKED!! I love the vegan soaps. I even get my fav soap by Yardley there. I visited this location after donig a little shopping? at Ollie's. BLEW ME AWAY! The shelves are WELL stocked. I found myself roaming around like I normally do at the 34th Street and Central Ave location. Sadly, the 34th Street location isn't what it used to be from a few months ago. Not well stocked. No longer a great deal of variety with soaps. It's worth driving a little further to get what I want instead of having to settle for what's available.”

“The poor girl who was there by herself was really trying to do it all. She was stocking when someone got to the register. Then the phone rang. The poor thing is earning her paycheck. The store had a great selection. I found two things i had been looking everywhere for. They just need to GET SOME HELP.!!”

“This is probably the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I’ve ever been to. The aisles are clear of carts and clutter. The shelves are stocked and nicely faced. Very easy to find items.”
“There’s a lady who works here that is so sweet, funny, and nice I love her!! She calls everyone sweetheart and is just such a kind and uplifting soul. She brightens my day every time I see her, I don’t know her name but she is the best. All the other employees here are great too. On another note, the store recently changed the layout and added more $3, $5 etc. items and price scanners. I know corporate probably made them do it but the new layout sucks and makes no sense logistically. Makes it hard to shop, they should have kept all the makeup, hygiene etc. all in one place not spread out around different aisles. And the price increases are a no for me, might as well just go to Walmart now.”
“I like this Dollar Tree but the cashiers tend to be a little slow. And the owls are clogged down frequently with unopened boxes of merchandise to put on the shelves. I went there a week and a half before Christmas to buy Christmas cards and they had already sold out.”
“I'm like right down the street. Great prices, very convenient, and They always have what I need. My kids always up in there cause it's so close and they are snack maniacs. I recently found my sweet tooth items for a reasonable price. And they have smooth drink's to my liking. Cosmetic that I need to keep myself cute. Yes I love my dollar general. Come check us out. “This is my neighborhood store and I'm here at least 3 times a week sometimes. The staff has gotten to know me and my family and even recognize my son and his likes at local restaurants, because they're your neighbors too. They're also probably overworked and underpaid. If you're just stopping in and they're a little frazzled, please don't base your impression off one visit. I guarantee regular customers would say something different because they truly care.”

“Amazing compared to my other option two blocks away AVOID:Family Dollar their store is always a cluttered mess has smell of a pet store or better yet its likely odor of RODENTS infestation.Specifically SMELLED of rodent matter!!! DOLLAR GENERAL is THE BEST!! NEVER had nor ever seem to have a disgusting SMELLS/ odors. LALWAYS has PLEASANT odor perfect for my neighborhood Storecompared to Family Dollar.”
“I was looking for a folder to put a document in, they didn't have it. I had to buy a stack of construction paper to carry the document without getting damaged. The place was a little disheveled and not very organized. Not a great experience.”

“I went here to buy big huge bag of dry dog food that my dog eats. Shelves were empty. I’m disabled and it’s difficult for me to get out and drive to store to begin with so I was distressed that I’d now need to go to another location. I asked employee, Heather, if she’d check in back for unstocked new shipments and she gladly stopped what she was doing and returned with the bag I needed! “Been coming here since February after moving a mile down the road! Been coming here several times a week, to avoid Walmart at all costs!! Chilled laid back and friendly vibe from all the employees I’ve met over the past 6 months. They have a variety of products that are mostly cheaper then Walmart and other stores nearby.Employees: awesome awesome awesome! Everyone of the them! Starting with Julia who I remember from January when I visited a month before moving here! Julia is super friendly, cool, and always goes out of her way to help you find what your are looking for! She greets everyone In a friendly manner it makes you feel comfortable shopping around the store! Chris, their new hire already knows how to handle everything and he’s only been there a couple days! Can’t remember the names of all the employees right now so shout out to the red beard guy who I call family dollar spiritual guru! Lady of rage with her awesome hair And quick wit! Super awesome manager from Akron Ohio my home state! Red haired lady who takes all my change when I got to get rid of my change! My bud who always messes with me every time I’m in there and trolls me he knows what I’m talking about! You guys are family Dollar superheroes!Pricing: Prizing here is cheaper on a lot of its products. Food here is more expensive than Walmart in my opinion though but everything else from deodorant to household supplies is much much cheaper so it balances out!Overall This family dollar is my favorite family dollar including back home where I’m from and everywhere else I’ve lived! Fantastic job Family Dollar on Roosevelt! Thank you for all your awesome service, products, the most important are your friendly employees! Danny, Kelly and Sabrina were working on the registers and greeting folks as they entered the store on 12/08/22 and made my shopping experience a delight. Their friendly conversations with customers were often filled with laughter and pleasantries. Everyone including myself left happier then when they entered. That’s quite a gift.
