I also noticed on a few occasions if a customer came in not smiling, by the time they checked out they were laughing and smiling. “I've been coming here for years after a few people at the local kava bar recommended it when I needed brakes. They are honest and the prices are decent. They are pretty busy though so you may have to wait a day or two for your car to be worked on. I go here bc they are trustworthy within the community and affordable pricing.”

“This is my boys and mine on the go place to be their fried chicken is out of this world and you can't forget the mac and cheese and French fries their staff is super super amazing and bonus they have a smoke shop and a walk in adult beverage cooler with a cooler designated for local beers remember support your local shops *great variety of snacks and candy with a slushie machine added in there too for kiddos”

“Overall, this is a gas station with multiple things for the customers. Located conveniently in a neighborhood, which gave me the feeling that I was welcome. The Staff appeared to be well liked, friendly, and extremely flexible. Way to go guys!!!”
“Really like this location for gas. Clean organized station. Love that you can use the scan and go option on your phone as well as your sams card to pay. There is an attendant on staff if you need assistance. Easy entrance and exit to get in and out quickly.”

“I usually stop in to get slurpees for my family along with a few snacks, they never disappoint because they are always fresh. Some machines don't work at other places, so I prefer here because they are usually always frozen and have plenty of selections. The Staff is kind and usually have a smile on their faces, very welcoming and I enjoy coming in to say hello!!!”

“Fuel pump didn't give receipt ... Must have been out of paper. Also the fuel line doesn't expand which meant I had to turn my car around so that it reached my fuel door...not a biggie but more of an annoyance. It did have the best gas price in the area though which was pleasantly surprising.”

“It just depends who's working. The owner is great. There's one employee whoa not very helpful. He has an attitude and may not tell you about brands that they offer. Like if there's 2 of the same thing but a cheaper one, or if there's a flavor you want but you point at the wrong case. I have worked at stores and I knew every type of tobacco we sold ecig food drink you name it. Maybe he is new....”

“Randy and Steve (and I think it's Randy dad) are always extremely polite and very helpful. Anytime I ask for a particular product that I like if they do not carry that product they always get it and start carrying it and seem to make sure that it is always in stock for me. The never act like it's an imposition or the there any problems. This is awesome customer service it's a shame there are so many people out there that have forgotten what customer service is. “Great store, clean and well maintained facilities and decent selection of products and snacks and other necessary items that you might need in a pinch that doesn't warrant a trip or the time to go to a larger store. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff and good prices on both store items and gasoline. My car runs better on this brand of gasoline than any other nearby so I purchase it here for both my vehicle and my fathers older van which also runs better on this gas. Can't call me crazy, the older van does not knock or rattle when I fill it up here at Mobil, it does with gas from other stations. Being self employed and a business owner myself, I really do prefer to support a family owned business and these great folks have given my family and I absolutely great service over the years I have lived in South Pasadena. “Surprisingly excellent! (3x's Over!) People, Process and ProductYesterday was the first time I have been to a Speedway.Initially visited for cheaper gas. Decided to look around for a specific energy beverage that was discontinued apparently.The representative came from behind the counter:*took a second look to verify I hadn't missed it*asked another coworker to verify if the item was being stocked at that location because she was new and*had even suggested going to a larger location to which I didn't know there was a variation size.Another customer happily shared where a larger location was. At the next location, they were even more helpful. I looked around and could not locate the drink. I reached out to the representative*not only did she look but when she couldn't find it*took the extra mile to confer with another co-worker who knew exactly where it was in the storage freezer. This would be the location off of Park Boulevard near US 19.I was so impressed with the experience that I came back later in the evening after work to drop by and grab snacks. And yes, the excellent service continued when I jokingly told a gentleman behind the counter at the Walsingham location that I was just looking for the best price snacks.He came from behind the counter and pointed them out for me.Speedway you have the right people taking OWNERSHIP of the experience provided, embarking on a effective process to exemplify an awesome product.They are doing an excellent job of recruiting customers for life for you!!
