“We appreciated the time spent with our dog. The vet took the time to really get to know our dog and what was needed for him. This place is a place where owners of the “bigger” dogs can can confidently take their dogs for a visit. Please know that your dogs have the best chance of unbiased care and treatment at Seminole Boulevard Hospital. This place was highly recommended to me by one of my neighbors who also has a big teddy bear of a dog. Ty for the best visit ever and looking forward to the future we have with this amazing team!”
“Im 22 and a lot of places do not genuinely listen to my concerns for my senior dog, but this place was so understanding and kind! I brought in my 7lb 13 year old yorkie and I cannot say enough about how gentle they were with him. I struggle to find places that are careful with his joints. Wow this place was so amazing, he was so calm when I picked him up. The owner brings her small dog too and its the cutest thing ever. If you want to find someone who loves dogs, this place is it! His cut was exactly what I asked for and all the staff was wonderful! My dog was so well cared for. I'll be going here from now on!”

We always come here for our litter and they have a reward program where after so many bags you get one free. They have everything you would expect, pet food, a wide range of toys, including modular cat trees. They also run an adoption service like most places where you can visit with a cat who needs a home and adopt them.They mostly focus on cats and dogs, however I believe they also have food and supplies for other pets such as reptiles, birds, and fish. Overall it's a great place and I highly recommend stopping here before heading to one of the larger chains, especially if you have questions as a new pet owner and could use someone to talk to.”

The owner was so kind, and she has her daughter as her Shop Assistant and it's so ridiculously cute, she is knowledgeable and bright! I went to get a new family member (tortoise) and I am so happy I got my tortoise there, it's an Afghan (Russian) Tort. and it was at a great price! “I give this store 5 stars for going above and beyond for customer service. A few weeks ago I bought a hard plastic dog crate from a different Pet Supermarket in Tampa. We are moving to Hawaii and have a cross country drive we are in the middle of now. The evening before we left I noticed a crack on my dogs crate, frantic since I knew the airline is very strict and wouldn’t let her fly in that I called the nearest Pet Supermarket. No medium crate available. The 3 nearest stores did not have a medium. The 4th store I spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she agreed to allow me to exchange the crate since I did have my receipt. We drove 45min each way but so thankful they had one available and allowed me the exchange even though the original purchase was from a different store. Made a stressful situation and stressful move a little bit better!! Thank you so much!”

“Jay (the owner) has basically coached me through years of developing my fish tank hobby. I started with some goldfish from the fair, went up to 4 tanks and now just one large saltwater tank. He has guided me through all of them. He is a wealth of knowledge and willing to share with anyone willing to listen. Great guy. He will be straight with you about what you need or don't need for your tank, pond, etc. He doesn't try to sell you anything extra. If you are looking for something specific, he will find it for you. I recommend this store to anyone who has any interest in fish tanks. The best place in town for the hobby!”
