This has been the easiest experience of my life thanks to RUDY!! He’s always kind and aims to please with excellent customer service. I have never had an issue with this location, Avis needs to make this location the ideal version to take after.

I've been renting from this location for some years, and Rudy has always given me top-notch service. Rudy and his staff are always friendly and ensure that you are treated with the utmost respect. They usually have a wide variety of cars and SUVs to choose from. Do not hesitate to choose this Avis location for all your rental needs.

It’s not your typical location so don’t use it as such. If you have reserved a specific car through the online reservation system there is a high probability you won’t get what you reserved. Furthermore, you won’t know until the day off your reservation and closer to couple of hours prior to your pick up reservation that they don’t have the car and get offered some random vehicle. By then it’s too late to cancel and scramble to get another car. So, buyer beware and make sure you call them in advance to get confirmation of car availability.

I rented a car here during a work trip, and can across some issues. Rudy, the worker on site was so extremely helpful!! I am so happy he helped me get a last minute car and worked with me when I ran into problems. Thank you Rudy!!!

Worst customer service experience unfortunately. Zero logic. A 3 day extension is $500 but on the website for the exact same care it's $175.00. They actually want you to drive to the location and rent the same car to honor the $175.00. No one can help and no one can use any common sense.

I use this local, smaller Avis rental office exclusively, albeit, out of my way. Thats becuase the same manager (Rudy) and staff have worked there a long time, and the consistency always makes me feel at home. They understand my needs, respect my time, and have THE cleanest cars, period.

I am absolutely furious with Avis Car Rental. I reserved a car and had all the necessary funds ready on my debit card, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they refused to let me proceed because I didn't have a major credit card. This policy is ridiculous and makes no sense, especially since I had the money available.
When I asked where this policy was mentioned on their website, the employee told me it was buried in the small print and couldn't even show it to me himself. This is a blatant lack of transparency and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. They should make such crucial information clear and accessible, not hide it where it's easy to miss.
To make matters worse, I wasted money taking a Lyft to get to the rental location, which I can't get back. This entire experience has been a huge inconvenience and a complete waste of time and money. I feel disrespected and cheated by this company.
I will never use Avis Car Rental again and strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. Their poor customer service, hidden policies, and inflexible payment requirements make them a terrible choice. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I go out of my way to come to this location just because of how much I trust Rudy to handle business correctly. Never had a problem renting from him at this location and I appreciate his positive attitude and commitment to excellence.

The location is just perfect. Being inside the hotel is very convenient. The person in charge of the location was patient and always willing to assist answering all my questions. The handling of the documents such as my passport, foreign driver's license and credit card was nice. The cars offered are in good condition, like brand new.

I had a negative experience with the car rental service. Despite having a valid international driving license ,valid passport that entered US & residency ID, I was informed about an issue with my passport, and it labeled red which turned out to be inaccurate. The handling of the situation by Rudy was unprofessional and rude and was lying about that and refused to give me the car . Such incidents impact the customer experience negatively."
