some of the worst behavior i have ever seen come from employees at a brokerage. i was with my friend, her husband( a realtor), and my fiancé (also a realtor) and we were all falsely framed with zero evidence. they claimed to have filed a police report but they found out none of us were actually not at fault once the police “got involved” and they are “sorry for the inconvenience”. they claimed to catch us stealing on camera, but once my fiancé and my friends husband’s broker got involved everything was “resolved” with the police. DO NOT WORK WITH EDDIE RIVERA or KELLY ALTHOF!!!! we weren’t even given an apology, only my fiancé who booked the showing was given an apology. due to the following reviews i can only assume these people run a scam!

DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THEM. Eddie Riviera and Nelsa invent repairs to charge more money on your unit. Then they say they are paying HOA on your behalf but no, they are retaining your money, and then you have late fee and lawyers fees. BE AWARE OF THEM!

It has been a great experience working with Central Florida Realty for last two years. They are easy to work with. I had couple late fees and they waived it for me because it was a system. It is also easy to communicate with them. I am very happy with them and the property.

Had them as our management company for nearly 3 years. They were okay, much better than any apartment managers I had to deal with before. They did the best they could since the owner of our unit seemed to be most of the source of problems like slow communication and repairs.

I am now in my 5th year with CFRE & couldn't be happier. When I moved in there were many issues prior tenants never reported to their office. I got a chance to meet the owners of my unit & they are wonderful people. The wife took photos of the existing damage, so I wouldn't be blamed for it. We shared a great conversation in Italian about a needlepoint project I was working on, she asked if she could take some pics of my work and the graph & color key. I have never had any problems with repairs, even though we have to work around my unending doctor appointments. The repair people, except one company, have always been accommodating and professional. The entire office staff is friendly and professional. If you're looking to rent or buy a home, I highly recommend C.F.R.E as the agent you should work with.

Please DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS GUYS. Eddie Riviera, LLuvia Riviera, Nelsa are complete SCAMMERS. FIRSTLY , they will drag on repairs for months, they invent repairs to charge more money on your unit. My AC was repaired and replaces 6 times! in 2 years! Then they say they are paying HOA on your behalf but no, they are retaining your money, and then you have late fee and lawyers fees. Im having late fees and interest for more than 500 usd in 3 months (hoa sent me to collection) This guys never told me i owe money. Its crazy, they should pay this fees for bad (or fraud) administration. I will sue them for sure if i dont have my money back. BE AWARE OF THEM! DONT TRUST THEM A SINGLE PENNY

I only had the pleasure of having this company for about 5 months but I am mad that I didn’t have them the whole time ! They’ve been very attentive and empathetic to any requests I had during my time w them. They call back when they say they will and make sure orders are complete! Thanks CFRE!

I am very grateful to CFRE for their attention and dedication to resolving all my doubts and problems. The entire team has collaborated with me at all times, they have even anticipated possible problems on several occasions, thus avoiding conflicts. I have personally treated Nelsa, Belkis and Eddie who have always been especially kind and very respectful. The entire team always has a very good disposition. I would highly recommend using Casey Lloyd. I was about to lose my home in 2014 and he was the only one that went out of his way to help me rent out my home, instead of me losing it. Throughout the four years I rented my property, they always took care of everything diligently, and always had my best interest in mind. I was eventually able to sell this year because of Casey. He quickly got my property on the market, and in less than a month my house was sold.

I used them as a broker and I was treated very fair and the process was smooth. They showed us several houses and patiently took us one after another until finding the one that satisfied us.
Until now, we have no complaints whatsoever.
