I had an issue with a drawer not closing correctly and Andy came out to fix it. He called before the appointment and arrived promptly. He realigned drawers and doors. He showed me how to adjust drawers if I need to. Great service!

This was our second time using Closet Factory. We updated our older daughters closet this most recent time. Linda provided us with an awesome design. Then Jairo did a great job with the build out. We were very happy the Closet Factory and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had a wall unit installed by closet factory. Installer was by himself. His name Jairo. He has very good attention to detail. Very polite and professional with the install.
