Best gaming store in the country - my son lost a backpack full of expensive cards and I not only received a phone call after the store had closed saying they found it, but that everything was still there. The staff rocks, the selection is amazing, and events are run super professionally. Prices and prizes are good. If you are looking for the place to come on your time off, this is it! Always attracts a good and respectful crowd. Especially fun are FNMs and soon they will have Coffee and hot chocolate!!

Best Card shop ever created!! Robert the name and spreading the word is my game. I Sent my cousin and his dad (my older cousin) to the card shop and they won't stop sneaking up there without me now??, the types of cards to price ratio are incredible, 10 outta 10 I HI HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Customer service is nonexistent. We went in to ask for help trading some of our trading cards and when we asked we were directed to the computer to search there. Clearly we had never shopped there before. I also asked for pricing on other products and they just directed me to the computer as he had no idea how much the item that I asked about costs (playmat). The guy told me that they just get what we order. He provided no help whatsoever on how to do it. My daughter and I spent 30 minutes "shopping" on their computer. I had no idea what to do next as they were not helpful at all. I went to checkout and was made to create an account. When I created the account, my shopping cart was emptied.

Weird store. They won't allow you to look at the singles you're buying until you've already paid for them. And the "near mint" cards they brought out for me looked way worse than my own cards I brought to them, which they (rightly) marked as "played". After I pointed it out they brought me some cards that looked better, thankfully. But this just seems like a bad way to run a card store.

Been shopping here for a bit and spent plenty of money with them. Recently bought some singles (about 70+) and the staff member went over all the cards to make sure none were missing from the order which was great. After getting home and organizing the binders noticed one was in worn shape. Went back within the week to swap it for a "near mint" one and was told cannot do it. After spending $100 on a single order and looking to swap a .35 card and no help or understanding from management they ultimately lost a customer for terrible customer service. I longer feel comfortable with the quality control and customer service aspect of Cool Stuff Games.

Bad experience! Do NOT buy or sell here. The guy that buys the cards with a mask and glasses doesnt understand customer service, he was very rude. Another big problem with the business model is that you cant examine the cards before you buy them. Their website shows pictures of the cards but when you see them in person they are in a lot worse condition. So you have the option to keep it or they will refund you. Dont get me started on their prices, insane! The store is an ice box, take a sweater.Dont waste your time here, shop at Laytons or Game Time Cardz!!!!

Manager is great. Always have a good chat while there. I appreciate his professionalism. My favorite location out of the three I’ve been too. Everyone there is super knowledgeable.

Good shop, events are ran well and judges are available for when needed. Hot items go out of stock quickly/during the preorder period, but that's a sign of active patronage serving a large community

Wonferful store, and wonderful staff! They care about the gaming community, and voolunteered some assistance to a children's Pokemon group. If you are either and expert, or beginner in any card/theme game this is the place for you to equip youself.

I went with my family today 5/30/2023 around 2:15pm to sell lots of cards. And from the beginning I guess he is a manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Would not go there again been our first and only time. Plus the selling process should be a lot easier, I have almost 1000 cards of different games. Did not feel welcome.

I have bought hundreds of games. Of which at least 100 of them used and complete everywhere except Goodwill. I guess I shouldn't have trusted a game store to actually sell me a complete game. No, it wasn't a demo copy. More accountability buying on Facebook marketplace in a shady apartment complex than this store.

Manager Bobby is a bully and unreasonable. Makes me not want to shop at Coolstuff.Don’t nervously laugh when interacting with any of the staff, because although that may be a nervous tick from anxiety for some people, if the person you are speaking to gets offended by it, you’re kicked out.

I love this place and they have a good selection, I just wish they sold my main game (Weiss Schwarz) heck I wish it was sold anywhere locally!

Cute. Lower cost games compared to most gaming stores but small in store collection, everything is online now.

Mixed bag everytime I go in. Sometimes, it's a great experience. Other times, not so much
