As first-time homebuyers and small business owners, we feel that Kellie and her team made the process as smooth as possible. At times it felt like pushing a large rock uphill, but Kellie provided constant reassurance that everything was on track and moving steadily forward as it should. Your lending team is unorganized and have no clue what they are doing. Real estate is not 9-5. They send info at 4:30 on Friday but you can’t reach them if you have questions until Monday . Asking for the same exact documents multiple times in a week. Kelly and her team should really be in a different line of work. They keep the realtor in the dark. Worse experience ever.

Did a bank statement loan through this company and the process was phenomenal!!! My loan officer Derek Bissen was great at breaking things down and communicating at every step of the process. My process took a bit longer being that I was getting funded for a condo (condos traditionally take longer because you’re at the mercy of the condo board). But even with that my timeframe from pre-approval to closing was exactly 40 days, which is lightning fast considering it was a condo. I’m sure a single-family home would take even less time.I would recommend Derek to anyone seeking a mortgage, especially self-employed people like myself.

In order for me to give my recommendation, I will have to explain my entire experience. When we decided to sell our house we knew that if it didn’t sell by thanksgiving, we were taking it off the market through the holidays. We accepted an offer on our home on Election Day. We were thrilled. We then put an offer in on our new home. So exciting. We wanted to close on the sale right after thanksgiving. However, the buyers wanted to close dec 30. We ultimately agreed on dec 18. Everything we own is sitting in a storage unit with all of Christmas in the back. We found out as we were loading a truck with our furniture that the buyers want to delay til the 30th because apparently nearly 2 months is not enough time to get your financing paperwork together. We learned this as we were moving out. With nowhere to go. We have absolutely nothing in this house but our furniture. There was no consideration for the 4 people that are living like homeless people. The people purchasing my home with the help of fidelity funding got the closing date that they wanted and are enjoying their decorated holidays while we sit at their mercy, because no one returns the calls from my lender or realtor. My house would have been taken off the market so that this did not happen. I’m shocked by the lack of respect for others and the inconsiderate actions of all involved.

Amazing group! I am impressed at the speed and communication. Kellie and her entire team worked so hard to make sure I close on time, and were successful in it. I will continue to recommend them to others. So happy with the entire process.

Kellie is a delight to work with, very patient but effective in securing a great deal and ensuring things are done AHEAD of schedule. Took the time to answer any questions we had with great knowledge and authority. Set our expectations realistically so when the deal was finalized, it actually worked out slightly better than had been originally forecast.

I used Fidelity for a mortgage broker in December 2018 and Nick Mergo was awesome to work with! Always two steps ahead of anticipating what the underwriters were going to request. Whenever I had questions, he was always easy to get ahold of and very helpful in explaining the complicated documents and terms that are required when purchasing or refinancing a home. I look forward to working with him again in the future!

I have lived in the Orlando area for over 18 years and have used Nick Mergo to purchase two rental homes and my primary residence. The man knows his trade.
