No communication with calls or emails in your case as a customer you don't know if your claim it's approvedor denied , I will no recommend this company to anyone.

Bad communication and worst advising, rushed on submitting the claim which resulted in it being denied.
After it was denied, they disappeared and the adjuster never contacted me again. They just want easy claims, which you’re better off by doing it yourself.
Do not recommend.

It’s amazing when you pull up Five Star Claims Adjuster’s name on google; each location has a 4.9 rating. Earlier this year if they were at a 2 that was pretty high. But their BBB file show the true dissatisfaction rate.

A friend of ours that had his roof replaced after a storm recommended Josh Kennedy to us, and we are very glad he did. From the moment Josh came out to our home to assess damages from the storm to the moment we received final payment from the insurance company Josh was extremely helpful to us. He took care of all of the details allowing us to continue our daily lives. Documentation of damages, communications with the insurance company, and yes fighting the insurance company to make them pay what they owed us, always while remaining professional. The insurance company refused to pay for replacement of our pool enclosure but after several rounds of written communications Josh got them to pay for the full replacement of the enclosure. We would not have gotten nearly what we were owed by the insurance company without Josh's expertise and his relentless efforts representing us against the insurer. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I can’t recommend Five Star Claims Adjusting and Josh Kennedy enough! Our insurance company initially acknowledged only four damaged shingles, which resulted in a zero payout. After Josh got involved, he took control of the entire process - handling inspections, paperwork, and negotiations. Ultimately Josh secured a FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT for us!
