Excellent place and staff. The rooms were ready and cleaned. Nothing was missing. There is a nice bar and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast was very good and on point. If you are staying on the 6 floor, you will have some extra amenities.

The bathroom was SMALL. For almost $200 per night I expect a room where I can brush my teeth while my husband is taking his morning constitutional, and this bathroom was almost too small for two people at once, never mind if one of them is pooping! My trip doesn't really fit into any of the categories below BUT I WASN'T ALLOWED TO LEAVE IT BLANK

I cannot say enough about how amazing this hotel was. I hosted a board game convention here, and from my first interaction I was blown away at the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Nancy and Alanna where so incredibly patient with me as I was trying to make sure I had everything I needed for my group. The poor women must have answered the same question for me a dozen times, bless them for their kindness. And then, at the event itself, the staff blew me and my guests away. I literally had to stop and take notes because of how many of them went above and beyond to make our event amazing. Carlos, Fernando, Melinda, Debbie, Nathan, Renee, Shannon, and probably a host most I missed, thank you for the excellent care you showed to our convention, and we are so excited to be seeing you all again next year. The food was excellent, the hotel was beautiful, and the prices were the best we found. Thank you to the management and staff for an excellent experience.

Relaxing, clean, Busy, but quiet! The staff was super helpful, the Lounge had very decent food. I look forward to making this a regular stop when I am in Orlando/Maitland. The price was also reasonable.

As part of a division, Orlando is a mid-point for meetings. We always choose Sheraton Orlando North. The amenities are excellent, and rooms are comfortable, however it's the staff that makes us choose this location! Safe location for early morning walkers and members enjoy free breakfast!

Stayed a week and really enjoyed how my clients and everything I needed was less than 15 minutes away. I love the pool and the waterfall in the middle - it's got a shallow end but then a deep area to really swim. Our pool in the upper level was spacious. The Club was not as fancy as some but good breakfast and lovely staff. It's where I stay when in Orlando. Oh---and we had a couple of things not quite right in the room - it happens - more imporant, they were both repaired within an hour.

We celebrated our daughter’s engagement party nearby and booked two rooms at the Sheraton Orlando North Hotel from 8/31 to 9/4/2023. We listed the Sheraton Orlando North Hotel as one of the top hotels for our guests. We knew many of our party guests had stayed here. Rooms have a particular old smell, probably carpet and other cleaning. The showerheads were not good. The deluxe room does not even have a microwave. On 8/31, a big cockroach was in one of the rooms, #292. The front desk kindly gave us another room (282). On 9/1, we woke up in our deluxe room #280 and opened the curtains. There was a big dead bug on the AC unit. I took the picture and showed it to the front desk while checking out on 9/4. However, in the same room, on 9/3, I saw a medium-sized cockroach run across and disappear. I could not take the picture. On 9/1, during breakfast time at the breakfast area, 4 of us ordered food, and we waited for 45 minutes to 1 hour. We noticed a guest we came 20 minutes after ordered, ate, and left. When we asked about our order the food was served to us. You charge for parking and for many additional things that are otherwise free with some of the other similar hotels, and guests still come for the brand name. While guests are drawn to the esteemed brand name, management must ensure attention to detail in all areas. A luxury hotel's reputation relies on this diligence. Failing to maintain these standards is akin to finding worms in an otherwise beautiful apple. We had/have issues of lack of cleanliness in the rooms.

I enjoyed almost everything in this hotel. Staff were all excellent. Very clean and well kept hotel. The only reason I did not rate it as excellent is that the hotel is of an earlier design so the bathroom was a little small. However the shower upgrade improved the earlier design.

The hotel has something of a hidden entrance, which means it is pretty bland from the outside. Inside is a soaring lobby that is light and lovely, with a couple of bars and a restaurant under the atrium. The reception desk is easy to spot and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. Our room, 290, was fairly recently renovated. The two queen room was big and comfy and the beds great. A/c worked well, too, because with the big comforters on the bed, it needed to be cold in the room. The shower head wasn’t great because there was not much water pressure to power a rain shower head. A smaller shower head would have been better. The food in An Tobar was not very good. Salad was limp, a muffin was inedible and the chowder had a metallic taste and undercooked potatoes. Definitely expensive, so staying here is fine, but eat elsewhere. Coffee bar had good Starbucks and a good barista who knew how to make proper espressos and drinks, but the pastries were not fresh every day. That is something that needs to be remedied.

We enjoyed a quick check in process with friendly staff. We were notified early via the Marriott opp that our room was ready, which helped our plans greatly. Our remodeled room was nicely furnished and had plenty of charging ports with the new furniture. The exercise room well equipped with multiple treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, free weight and stationary machines. Parking was easy and plentiful. Overall, a great experience.

The menu and service were ahead of our expectations. I really loved the environment of this spot. Great restaurant to take the family out for lunch.

I stayed at the hotel, it was a good place for the money. But this coffees the worst place ever. No mugs, the glass was dirty, the coffee was cold, the food was terrible, only the bacon was good. If you are at the hotel choose the self Starbucks on the lobby! It will save your day.

my colleague and i had lunch lunch at the grande cafe while staying at the sheraton, and like all hotel lobby restaurants, the food was a little expensive, a little generic, and moderately good. we kept it simple, and my colleague ordered a salad with chicken. the chicken did not initially arrive with his salad, and when he asked the waitress about it, she did seem a bit confused. i ordered a roasted vegetable hummus wrap with a side salad. there were a lot of vegetables in the wrap, including mushroom, zucchini, peppers, and onions. it wason the slightly soggy side, and i ended up trying to eat around the wrap. the salad was okay, but the cucumber pieces were huge so it was a little awkward to eat. i would likely eat there again if i did not want to leave the hotel, but it was not necessarily the fastest option.
