Recently, visited new location in Orlando downtown near Church street. From the security guard to all the folks working here it was a pleasant personal experience. Had scheduled an appointment via phone few months ago. Walked in with required documents and no problemo!Getting into the office, you have to wait outside in hall until the guard allows you in for screening. Plan on an additional 5 - 10 mins for that. Location of office is 11th floor if I recall correctly. Can be a bit confusing finding way to office from ground level.

They moved there office to downtown Orlando and didn't mention anything until you arrive at the wrong location. No signs at new location and arrived late for my appointment.

Takes a long time to answer phone, then a 20 min wait and It is July 2023 & I have been waiting all year for my 2023 Sales Tax Exemption book.

No wonder there’s so many bad reviews!!! It’s absolutely appalling how nasty and unprofessional these employees at the appointment line are. I just spoke with a younger sounding black female (didn’t get her name) who behaved disgustingly and she should not have a job that involves working with humans. You are a horrible human being with no social skills whatsoever and you need a therapist immediately if you seriously think that was civilized behavior. Doesn’t this business have any standards? They must be so desperate for employees that they don’t have any qualifications and they hire complete trash. Learn some basic customer service skills. You’re clearly a miserable person. I demanded to speak with her manager and she hung up on me.

Ok, so this is an accurate review regarding the call system and trying to get in touch with the IRS. If you want to skip the whole robo B.S. to avoid speaking with a boT and finding info about your taxes is 1 for English , 5 , 3 , 1. Also employee 1004287477 is using a terrible incomprehensible headset that makes it sound like she is talking through a toilet paper roll. She also sent me to the wrong place ! The IRS instead of being represented as professionals is presenting themselves like a Taco Bell drive through. Have fun getting your taxes back.

Great office and staff! Talk about exceeding expectations of the Tax Payers of America!!!! As a United States Veteran, I’m very impressed with their commitment to assist the little guy!! Excellent Job!!!

The security guy was totally RACIST. He discriminated a lady during security check. he is very rude mean and disrespectful. He should be fired.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for months. SO I thought I would go there and was prepared to make an appointment. The guard would not even let me in the front door. I told him every time i call to make an appointment no one answers the phone. So can I go in to make one. He said no. I had to leave and got nowhere again with the IRA.

I walked inn at 4:05 ro file a payment plan that i needed in order ro close in our house, they stamp it for me and I was out within 5 minutes! Thank you!

This organization deserves a negative score. I waited a whole year and never received my refund, despite doing everything they asked me to do TWICE. This never happened to me before and I'm thoroughly disgusted by these people.

Only available with appointment, and the appointment number is extremely hard to contact. Waiting is impossible and call back always disconnected

After spending over 2 hours waiting to speak to someone from the business department, when It finally goes through the line somehow is barely audible so what little information she attempted to give me I could barely hear. I did manage to hear the representative say she cant make any appointments over the phone before hanging up. The dilemma is you cant walk in without an appointment but its also impossible to figure out who to speak to on the phone or online to make an appointment either. Be Prepared to wait 2 hours to get a human being that is probably just going to redirect you to call back.
