Had not been in years and was excited to see the upgrades. The building is beautiful, the staff was great from the hostesses to our go-to waiter Mr. NICK. He was great from his food suggestions to his superb service. The band was absolutely fantastic. So that you wonder why guys like these are not at Mahaffey Theater or Ruth Eckerd Hall performing. But not everyone needs fame and fortune to be successful or noticed. Hats off to them. Special kudos to them all. IT WAS A GREAT NIGHT!! and we'll be back. PS - A little update on the menu. Great choices, but not enough of them.

Nice ambiance, great atmosphere and entertainment. Food and service was good. But, the prices were astronomically high (guess we're paying for the “expansion”) to be in a small plaza in Maitland with limited parking. $10 entry fee pp, $50 min pp (if bill is less than $50, you'll be charged the remaining balance) plus automatic 20% gratuity. Overall good experience but with those prices, not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.

Hubby & I loved the vibe. The musicians were entertaining. They played a nice mix of old school, classics, & new school. We started off with the Barrata (meh) & Crab Fritters (ok) BUT the Shrimp & Grits were CRAZY GOOD! The Wagyu burger & fries were good. The tables are kinda small but overall, we would definitely visit again.

Well, it's been a week now, and I think it's time to write a review. First of all, I don't think there's any need for negative reviews of jazz clubs/venues. It takes a lot of effort to get one up and running, and we need more of them. So, with that said, I reserved a table for three people online, and it was a seamless process. When I arrived at the venue, the hostess wasn't at her station, but she showed up a few seconds later and escorted me to my table. My friends were running late, so I ordered a martini, straight with an olive. The hostess was friendly and helpful. A little while later, someone else came by to tell me that my martini order had been taken and that it should have arrived shortly. I found this a bit odd, but the person was friendly. After a couple of "shortlies", my drink arrived in a margarita or champagne glass and without the olive, even though I hadn't ordered it that way. I continued to wait for my friends and enjoyed the show, which was an eight-piece band. They were having a great time, even though it wasn't their main job (don't give up the day job.) It was a middle-of-the-week performance, so that was to be expected. Eventually, I ordered a meal because I was standing up a three-seater table. After a few minutes, my meal arrived hot, but it was loaded with salt. I paid the bill with a 20% tip because I felt that the staff was doing their best, even though they were overstretched. The entertainment was certainly better than anything else in Winter Park. It was funny, and I would go again."

I have never been here before but they did not disappoint. We ordered the crab cakes and fried calamari as appetizers and both were delicious. Most of my table ordered the salmon and it was so good, not dry or overcooked and paired perfectly with the potatoes and asparagus. Now for the dessert we ordered the chocolate cake, cheesecake, and bread pudding. It was all good but the best one is the bread pudding and a must try. This is coming from someone who despises and refuses to eat bread pudding. We even order some to go with us. Also lets talk about how there is live entertainment and how hard that is to come by now. They did not disappoint!!!!! Whether you're coming for a date, a birthday, or just hanging with the gang this is a must try spot. Come and see for yourselves.

Jerry Bradshaw gave an amazing show. I would see him again and again. It was a good time and a festive atmosphere. Menu was extremely limited. Crab cakes were overcooked and appeared burned. They were horrible. My server was not the best. She never checked back with me to ask if I wanted another glass of wine. I had to get up and find her to ask for another. I had to get up and find her to get my check. Show was over . People had left the venue. Still no check. The only reason she got a 20% tip is because, yes, it was automatically charged to the bill. The manager did adjust my bill and took off crab cakes. He wasn't going to do that until I asked him to adjust my bill.

Had a tasty bite at the yelp neon noir event. Smoked fish dip with pickled onions on top. Very flavorful and tasty. Lady's were inviting, knowledgeable. The menu and wine looks like they have a good selection.

We always have a great time at Jazz Tastings. The remodel is very nice touch. My only true feedback is the limitation on bathroom accommodations. For a place this size they need at least 3 instead of the one option.
