I let them know the change machine did not give me the correct change, and the lady who works there gave me a dirty look and proceeded to speak Spanish right to my face. Very inappropriate.

The lady working there was rude and they took my clothes out of the dryer when all the other dryers were free. She used the excuse that she spoke no English for touching my stuff.

THEY SAY THEY OPEN AT 7:30 AM ON SUNDAYS AND I WAS PARKED FROM 7:25 AM UNTIL 7:45 AM AND THEY NEVER OPENED... THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE BEINGS FOR THEIR SCHEDULE AND THEY DON'T EVEN PUT THE SCHEDULE ON THE DOOR TO GIVE ANYTHING EXCUSE…THEIR SCHEDULE ON SUNDAYS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FROM 7:30 AM, BUT TODAY I WAS PARKED IN FRONT OF THEIR BUSINESS FROM 7:25 AM UNTIL 7:45 AM AND NO ONE EVER CAME…No wonder why so many bad reviews, no responsibility at all….

The place is sliding in an unfortunate direction. Several machines dont work, and it is sweltering inside. The vending machines take your money or dont work and there is never anyone on duty to resolve the issue.

I literally ran out of quarters and didn’t have any more dollar bills I had change. I thought the lady is here ok I’ll exchange dimes for quarters. Nope. She said I can’t give you quarters. What’s the point of having an attendant if they can’t give you quarters?

Definitely needs updated machines look very old place wasn’t that clean? Very small tiny laundry mat half of the buttons not even work on the washer and dryer. They just need an all over update.
