Our visit on 1!28/26 was beyond wonderful! If it were possible to give above a 5 star rating we definitely would! From our telphone to the office to schedule “Bob” for his new patient appointment right through the entire process we were handled with tender loving care. It was Bob’s first visit to the Vet so he was apprehensive to say the least. Dr. Basso & Jamie took such great care of him throughout the entire process. Everyone in the office made us feel comfortable and confident. They are all top notch professionals! Not omly are they very knowledgeable but they took their time and explained everything they were doing and why. We would recommend Maitland Animal Hospital without hesitation. Thank you Dr. Basso, Jamie, and everyone for taking such great care of Bob and helping us feel at ease.

The team at MAH is top notch. They care for my pup as if she was their own. They always answer the phone and they are quick to get us on the schedule if needed. I appreciate the service that they provide! In addition, the facility is very clean and well maintained.

EXCELLENT staff and Dr Sherrie Basso is THE BEST! I feel that everyone here, from the front desk to the vet techs (and ESPECIALLY Dr Basso) love their work AND their patients! If I could give 10 stars, I DEF would !

Dr. Basso and staff was really friendly. I’d totally recommend for everyone to bring their pets here. It’s refreshing to see a vet doctor, who takes the time to listen to the owner’s concerns and to be compassionate. She was very be sweet, patient, and comforting with her words. Better than the human doctors.

Maitland Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing.
Every single staff member is incredible — kind, patient, and truly caring. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported, and it’s so clear how much they genuinely love animals.
My dogs LOVE coming here, which says everything. The team is super easy to work with, takes the time to explain things clearly, and always makes the experience stress-free for both pets and owners.
I’m so grateful to have such a trustworthy, compassionate vet right in our community. Thank you to the entire Maitland Animal Hospital team — you are all wonderful and so appreciated! 🐾💙

The office was clean n very pet friendly. So were the staff. That's the 4star rating. Very attentive, on time, total professionals at their jobs. But $400 for xrays. Ouch! $660 for xrays n 2 scripts. Dam, I can't afford vet care for my very old dashound. ?
