Hi,
I purchased a 2022 S500 model vehicle from Maitland Mercedes-Benz Orlando Autonation, and I bought it in cash. I have been a Mercedes S-Class user for years, and in my country (Turkey), I have always been satisfied with models like the S63, S Coupe, and other S-Class models. Mercedes-Benz Turkey and the retail seller Koluman know me personally very well.
To get to the point, I have many complaints regarding the car I bought from Mercedes-Benz Orlando in Maitland, Florida. They said they would ship it to Miami, but even though the processes were completed within a week, they did not ship it. I purchased the car without even seeing it, trusting in you and your brand. However, the dealership, unfortunately, was not honest with me. They sent me photos of the car on a tow truck, saying it was on its way, then said the tow truck's engine broke down. The next day, they came up with another excuse. In the end, of course, they could not deliver it, and I had to go and pick up the car myself.
Unfortunately, they shattered my belief and trust in the brand and in Mercedes. I asked Sales Manager Heriberto for a complimentary maintenance service as compensation for this issue. He said he could not do it. I am a businessman; I am not concerned with one or ten maintenance services, nor do I need them. But such an offer would have been a polite response to the 250 miles I traveled to pick up my car and then return. They did not even do that. Instead, they made a $250 offer. Only a person named James seemed somewhat upset about the situation; the others were irresponsible. Sales Manager Heriberto, Sales Representative Donte, and the others were not sincere. I hope this dealership improves itself.

I always rely on Raffi's honest judgment. He lets me know what repairs my car may need. During this most recent visit visit specifically I experienced some anxiety but he assured me that the repairs would be done. He deserves more than five stars!!!

This is my 4th Mercedes from MB of Orlando. From the very first purchase, this dealership knows how to do business. No games, which is what I hate. My salesperson Glenn was nice, accommodating and was straight up. He was patient with my deciding moments which ultimately led up to my happy purchase. It was just meant to be. Great service!

I felt that Marcus did everything he could to expedite the servicing of my ML 350. When a defective battery was installed during a maintenance service he saw that a new one was promptly installed.

The overall experience was amazing! Reza did a wonderful job with locating the vehicle I inquired about, making the process smooth and stress free from beginning to end. Even after the purchase he followed up to ensure that the vehicle was received and in my possession. Marvelous gentleman to work with!
