They was nice when you buy a car but so rude when your car have issue. They sell a damage car for me, the car have a lot of system issues after couple month. They said they just sell and fix the car not any warranty if you have any accident by system issues. They want me keep driving with issues car untill I have 3 times accident with this car. I don't recommend to you guys buy any car from Mercedes Benz because they so f*cking rude and they will hang up your phone when you asking to talk the manager. "your car not expensive to fix" that what they said with me. Anyway, Mercedes Benz so rude with the customers.

Mercedes Benz of Orlando was reliable at the time of need and did an excellent job. I had a last minute service for my vehicle, and when I search online to make an appointment, this location had opened spots for my vehicle. Not only they were able to assist me but as well, arrange changes for my specific needs as it was difficult for me to drop off the car during working hours. Thank you for the great service!

Worst customer service ever! Personally built the car I wanted. Ordered the car, made a deposit, six months later we never hear from the dealer, we have to call them, was told they have the order just forgot to place the order. We take time to go back to dealership, rebuild the car. 14 months later it arrives. It's so beautiful they put it in the show room. I'm so excited to go finally pick up my car and they won't sell it to us. They wouldn't honor the deal. They made us sit there for three hours all the while they had no intentions of selling us the car at the price that was agreed upon. Whats worse, after all they put us through they didn't care. Oh and they lowballed our trade in. If you want a Mercedes do not buy it at Mercedes Benz in Maitland.

Went to do service to my car, the appointment I did was not reflected in their system. Once they finished they loose my car because my name and even phone number was not showing up in their records. And once I left just notice they stole a brand new pack of gum I have in my door pocket. Never going back, terrible service and overprice.

This is a great team. As a former dealer, I will tell you that this dealership is organized and service oriented. I can count on a straight answer and time to get the parts I need. I will not shop for my Mercedes parts anywhere else.

I would give 10 stars if I could. My service advisor is Mike Hertz and he is the absolute best in the business. He genuinely cares and makes sure it's done right! Mike is what makes a customer come back for another Mercedes.

There used to be a time when Mercedes brand meant high quality and top level service.It is now an unfortunate reality where it is a mid level (if that) brand. I have owned this and similar 'brands' for over two decades and the quality of service is completely down the drain.No one at the dealership answers the phone, dropped my car 4 days ago for a 3 hour service. Never got a call back, went in a day later, they just started working it... promised to call back when ready. Never did.Went to check again 2 days later, car was ready but they forgot to call.I know what my next car will NOT be....
