I came in a day earlier than my appointment date. However, the staff did not turn me away. I really love the complementary car wash. Rafael is the man. He's very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. This is my first visit since I moved to Orlando and will continue to take my glc long as I'm in Orlando.

Sometimes, mistakes can help to show a company’s true character. During a recent service, the leather on my steering wheel was scratched. The problem wasn’t huge, but it stared me in the face anytime I got into the car. We immediately tried to call the dealership, but our message wasn’t returned. A few days later, the dealership sent us a survey. I answered honestly. My steering wheel was scratched, and no one had called me back. Within 3 minutes of hitting the send button, Marcus, our service advisor, was calling my cell. I had no proof that his team had damaged the steering wheel, but Marcus didn’t ask for it. Instead, he took responsibility for the issue, scheduling a no-cost service to fix the leather. Not only did he rectify the issue, but he also had the car fully detailed. He didn’t have to do either, but he and the team did. And we’re appreciative of that.

If you are required to get any parts or get any maintenance done reach out to other dealers, ask for the part number and get quotes BEFORE you agree to have any work done!! It’s better to buy the parts separately and bring in and have repair done. I came in to fix a damaged headlight after being quoted a specific price over the phone. Upon arrival, the service advisor gave me a price that was $1200 over the original price from the parts department. I mentioned this to him and he adjusted it. After doing some research, I realized the headlight was over priced by more than 50%. It’s a high markup.I mentioned all this to the service advisor and felt taken advantage of. Women BEWARE! The service advisor became very passive aggressive. No longer was he the nice person trying to help me after my card was already charged. I escalated this to management and no one ever called me. I figured it would be easier to warn potential buyers and other people about my experience. Just stay far away from this dealership and their unethical practices. I will never come back.

Mercedes of Orlando service is great! I dropped my car off and they provided a ride home. Service was fast and fairly priced.I took my car to an independent service center last year to save money. They short filled the oil, and after paying for Uber to and from location, I didn't save a dollar! Never again.Mercedes of Orlando has me as a customer for life!

We drove from South Carolina to Florida and had an unexpected problem with our vehicle - the battery not charging warning light came on as we arrived in Orlando.Luckily, we were able to get an appointment at MB of Orlando and worked with Ray Cornell in the service department. They diagnosed the problem (showed us exactly what they found with video). It was an issue that our local mechanic either didn't find or disregarded. Twice before we took our car to our mechanic about an oil leak and both times they found nothing. MB of Orlando showed us that an oil leak caused our problem - over time oil was leaking onto the alternator preventing it from charging the battery. MB of Orlando was able to complete the repairs (new alternator) in a timely manner (while we were on vacation) and the car was ready when it was time to return home.We were pleased with the communication provided by the service department, the timeliness of the repairs, the videos of the work, the saved parts for our review, and the general professionalism of the entire team.My only complaint is that they do not provide loaner vehicles.Although this was an unexpected expense on our vacation, we felt safe driving home knowing that we wouldn't have an issue with our vehicle.

The day we showed up it started off good. The amount of time it took to do the deals took for ever. The sales guy we had Reza has no clue what he is doing . He tells u what he wants you to hear. And then when you don’t by a car off their lot the customer service goes down even more. Took a week to get my husband’s deal done. Took over almost 3 weeks for mine. If it hadn’t been for the manager Ian fixing the whole thing we would have went someone else. I will say our daughter needs a car but it definitely won’t be from here. If you want a Mercedes so to Mercedes Orlando South when they say VIP they truly treat you like VIP. When it comes time to upgrade or get my kids a car they will be who we go through, Stay completely away from this dealership. And their GM is a joke they say call but when u do you never hear anything and all u get is voicemail that they never call u back. So if you leave a bad review just be ready for sorry for your experience we strive to make it an excellent one please call our general manager at blah blah blah number . Yea nope a big JOKE!!!!!!!

I purchased a car from your dealership due to an amazing salesman Horatio from Mercedes of Orlando N Maintland. I originally just came to look at the car however his attention to making the experience personal was an admirable quality. I have been walked buy at many dealerships from sales people who treated me as if i didn't exist. It was a pleasure to now bring my car buying needs to this dealership which focuses on relationship selling rather than judgment. I really admire that and as a person that used to manage a sales staff i want to say kudos to Horatio and the management of Mercedes Of Orlando for providing a world-class buying experience that took my from BMW South Orlando to 40 minutes further to you just because of quality of service.

Highly suggestion buying your car from this dealership! Our salesman was Cartlon Small and he is the man to ask for! He has a great personality, very knowledgeable, genuine and works hard to find you your dream car! He would not let me settle and only cared that I felt 100% about the car! When we were ready to sign the documents we met, Virginia, who was very knowledgeable and got us out of her office in 15 minutes! Altogether, it was a seamless process and we look forward to working with them again in the future :)
