I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life and have plenty of experience with dealerships, but the team at Holler Ford completely changed what I thought the car-buying process had to be. I’ve never liked negotiating for a car or dealing with the usual drama that comes with buying a new vehicle. This week alone, I visited at least 10 dealerships before coming to Holler Ford — and I’m so glad I did.
I was looking for a truck for my business, and they made the entire experience smooth, transparent, and pressure-free. No hidden fees, everything straight up. They were honest about pricing, and I actually ended up getting a much better car than I imagined, at a price far below what I thought I would have to pay.
Justin was extremely knowledgeable, and Abe was amazing as well — both went above and beyond to help me find the best options for my needs. Even in the registration department, everyone was helpful, clear, and never pushy. They explained everything and let me make my own decisions.
I’m truly happy with my purchase and grateful to have found an honest dealership I can trust for future vehicles — and one I’ll confidently recommend to friends and family. 100% recommended.

Friends explorer had a airbag recall they didnt perform but claimed they did. Another dealer has confirmed it was not done but ford paid them to do it. So ford wont pay again. They refuse to pay the other dealer and doesnt trust to take it to them again as its her vehicle that she takes her baby around in. Not performing a saftey recall correctly is bad. Pay for the repair or close up shop.

During my visit , it was discovered the car needed brake service on front brakes. Jeff let us know what was going on and we had the brakes repaired. I am glad for the multi point inspections when in service
