Took my focus in for a recall on several fuel/evap components. They insisted they only needed to replace one part out of many listed for that recall, when in reality, I KNOW there is damage to all components listed. They were only interested in doing the bare minimum to turn the check engine light off and dismissed all of my conserns. Really not a good impression, not sure why I would take my car here for paid service if they dont do a thorough job.

10/10 Highly recommend this dealership, buying process was smooth super easy not pushy whatsoever, Big shoutout to Zafir and Caiah, amazing customer service were very receptive and helpful the whole time. There’s a million dealerships in Florida but this one definitely stands out amongst all with their quality service and determination to ensure you get a good deal. Thanks guys !!!!

The Peacock Ford's Service team provides superb customer service. Tom and the team have consistently been stellar in communicating updates and explaining services completed and needed. Scheduling appointments is easy, and the waiting area is clean.

I am incredibly disappointed and saddened by the betrayal of Peacock Ford towards myself and my charity. On June 7, 2022, the management had made a pledge of $500 to my 501c3 nonprofit organization on behalf of the dealership. Subsequently, I was continuously led on for over a year with the promises that the check would be coming, or to come pick it up on a certain day over and over and then the check was never ready. I have made, no joke, over 50 visits and spent countless hours trying to pursue this promised contribution. Despite having already enjoyed the benefit and recognition of this promised support, a new gentleman who identified himself as the owner just recently indicated that the GM had since been fired and they would not be honoring the commitment. It is unbelievable to me that a large name-brand dealership like this would have funds for a giveaway contest, yet not be willing to honor a promised donation committed to a charity over a year ago. If they change their mind and decide to make good, I will update this review accordingly.

Service Department needs improvement. I hope they can fix the issues. I walked in to ask a simple question, all they said was “someone will be with you”, while they all were sitting down in front of the screens and even talking (4 reps), then a lady passed by and said “do you have an appointment?” they didn’t even said “Good morning”, and I answered “no”, then they said “do you want an appointment?” and I answered “no”. (Because I simply had a question) but they didn’t even tried to hear me, I finally got my simple question answered and left, and I am not using them again, nor referring. Service is the key, good service will bring you more business. Maybe retraining your employees to be more courteous will help.

If I could give zero stars I would. My 2020 explorer that I bought new from peacock had a coolant issue that they misdiagnosed . Mind u the truck was under extended warranty. After 21 days and numerous excuses I tried to puck.up my truck. Instead had to deal with Maitland pd . I was trespassed and my truck was never fixed even though I got charged 400 bucks and fidelity auto warranty charged over 1000. Subsequently I took truck to Ford of cleremont who found the problem to be a blown head gasket and cracked head.. nme and my family have bought ford's from don Reed and now peacock for over 35 yrs. Never again. . Stay away.. they have no idea what they are doing and will literally call cops.on u for trying to pick up your vehicle

Just purchased the best truck I’ve ever owned. This dealership is truly top notch. Jose is the best salesman on the planet you really can’t beat it. if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle go in and request him. He is a volt of knowledge. I would trust him with my life. Also the manager and the finance guy are great too. Really couldn’t be happier with my experience.

As a rule, I don't share negative opinions unless failing to do so will harm others. It is my unfortunate obligation to do so here. I have given Peacock Ford several chances to conduct honorable business (despite terrible experiences in the past) since they are only a mile from my house, but they always disappoint. I would rate my last interaction with them as unethical. My wife and I saw a Bronco Sport listed on Auto Trader by Peacock for a specific price, called and confirmed the car was there. When we arrived, the sticker in the window matched that price. When we indicated interest, the salesperson said that is not the price, but all Sports have something called a "bump" of $9,000 over the listed price due to popularity. I said that we invested the time to come there based on an online price, that we confirmed over the phone, which matched the sticker, and this felt like a classic "bait and switch". I asked to speak to the manager and he ran ahead of me and whispered something quickly to the manager before allowing us to speak. The manager immediately told me yes, all Sports have a "bump" of $7,000. Clearly, they didn't have time to even get the numbers to match but the manager supported this scheme. Long story short, we left and drove 20 minutes away to Sun State Ford where they sold us the exact same Sport for the exact sticker price. This is the latest interaction at Peacock, but they have all been poor. I have told this story multiple times to people in the market for a car and will continue to do so as I feel it is my responsibility to help others avoid poor business practices. By the way, this happened 3 weeks ago and I just took the attached picture - all three Sports are still there unsold on the lot. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles further to work with more honorable businesses.

We have all of our company vehicles serviced here. The service team is absolutely great! The service advisor we use is Jeff. He is fantastic. He's quick at getting us checked in, he stays on top of the progress of each vehicle, and is very thorough upon checking out and making sure we know exactly what was done and the reason why. Their waiting room is pleasant to pass the time in with a full complimentary snack bar, large screen TV, and even a large space work station with outlets for charging your laptop and tablet while you get work done. Seriously, we pass two other Ford dealers to get to Peacock. We will not go anywhere else. And if others are going elsewhere, they are making a huge mistake. Go see Jeff the next time you need service. And if on the off chance he's not there, ask to see Chuck the service manager, or Stella in the office. They will see to it that you are taken care of.

Jason (Sales Manager) and Chuck (Service Manager) are the best!My Mach E had charging challenges on a road trip. They FaceTimed with me to look at the plug - suggested trying a slow charger, which worked. Overnight got to 100% and brought the car in to Peacock the next day when we got home. They found the issue quickly - even washed my car when I went to pick it up the next day. So great!
