Horrible experience!!Purchased new Cayenne with tire replacement service plan. Firsttire replacement went well. A year later another flat tire which they said was not covered. We showed them plan and we thought everything was fine. Today we received a lien on the car from them for the tire replacement. My son was there with my husband this weekend as he was going to buy a Macan. No one mentioned anything, no calls, nothing but a nasty letter. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Our time is too valuable to have to deal with this BS.

After buying a certified 2017 macan exactly one year ago it developed a leak in the rear passenger side. We were told when purchasing the car that it came with a bumper to bumper unlimited miles 2 year warranty. We have put about 10,000 miles on the car in the past year. The dealer called us to inform us that it is not under warranty because of a "known issue" with the macan where drain ports clog up and need to be cleaned. They said it would be about 5,000 for the repair!We met with the service manager and general manager who basically told us that it was not their problem, call porsche.We had the car in for warranty service twice in the past year and never did they mention this to us. As of now we are contacting porsche but will never use porsche of Orlando again!I would like to add that Joe, our service advisor has been nothing but exceptional to deal with, and Teddy our sales person also, it is just the management that does not care about its customers.

I’ve had my car serviced at this dealership twice and both times I found everyone to be very professional and friendly. My service advisor Drake Grable is always very knowledgeable and helpful, so I can’t imagine trusting any other dealership with my Porsche.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Aaron is amazing. I had issues with another facility overcharging me and claiming I needed things that I didn’t. Aaron helped me navigate the situation and earned my business by being thorough, honest, and fair. I am really grateful to have found this facility and Aaron to help me keep my vehicle in tip top shape. I will trust this facility with my business for years to come because of Aaron.

If zero stars were an option I would have picked it. This place is an absolute scam! Gave a deposit a year and a half ago for a car with the understanding that I would have it within a year and pay MSRP for the car. Finally get the call that it was my turn to build my car (a year and a half later) just so I can be told it's $50,000 over MSRP. I have several friends who have gotten their cars much quicker and without the shady stuff this dealership does. Colin is absolutely terrible. Take your business to any other Porsche dealer.

I do not want to talk to a call center when I call to make a service appointment. No one there has any idea what's going on and it's impossible to talk to anyone at the service center without having to wait a very long time for a call back. I will not be coming back to this dealership for service again...

I'm having serious issues getting anything resolved. I was sold a lemon, it's been in the shop over 25 times . Months at a time! While it was under warranty I've complained on these same issues ,now it's become more serious. They're stating my steering rack needs replaced, it is a safety concern. Someone named Ryan within the Porsche corporate company said they will not be replacing or doing anything. The last Porsche executive said if these warranty items keep happening after the warranty they will fix them. They're all responsible for not thoroughly inspecting my car and pawning it on me knowing I have children at risk. I will never purchase a PORSCHE again, these cars lose value within a few years, even the rare model I have. The Porsche PCNA and Germany are all PATHETIC! They refuse to honor the warranty work and issues that were a result of poor workmanship even though it's on paper describing poor installation. The GM literally proved to the regional warranty mgr. that the steering rack was not from customer abuse, yet Todd refused to cover the parts and installation. Run, Don't give them your business. They don't value customer service, were just a number!

I had to replace two of my tires due to nails Had a wonderful experience with their service center. Everyone so polite and efficient. Sent me a video while my car was on the rack to show me I had additional nails in my tires. Overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommend them for service.

I took my car to the Porsche dealership in Maitland and they wanted to charge me $240 an hour to take my door panel off. The guy said it would take 2 hours, which made little sense. It was going to cause $480 just for them to take the panel off. So I took the car to German Excellence off Forsythe road in Winter Park. They set me up with an appointment for next Monday and I agree to look at the problem for $99. I will not be going back to the Porche Dealership in Maitland again. I don't have money to throw away.

Racist don't spend your money with them....Found a car I loved online I was planning to surprise my wife with and everything was good between me and the salesman communicating over the phone and e-mail. Came into the dealership to actually see the vehicle and once they noticed I was African American everything suddenly changed.

I wish Dave was there. I brought my car in for yearly service was satisfied with the service, but I had them detail the car. What a terrible job. Not waxed grit and grime where it should of been detailed. The surface of the car was rough and water spots everywhere. I am embarrassed to say how much I paid for this minus 5 star job. What a huge disappointment.
