I recently purchased a storage unit from Nikki Stone and the service she provided was excellent I would highly recommend that if you’re looking for great customer service and a storage unit you should definitely go visit Nikki at their Maitland location

I came in town to view units to store my son belongings while he was out for summer break from college, and the lady who works there was very nice and helpful. Showed us all the different size units until we found the right one. Very clean with great customer service….

This storage facility is highway robbery. We spoke to two other parties who were also moving out of their units for the same reason. The conditions for what you pay are horrible and the price goes up monthly. The equipment is broken and doors don't work with your code. In addition they didn't even know i had a unit with them when I called to get assistance. I had to spend almost three hours on the phone and request a manager and only after I asked for escalation beyond a manager was when they magically figured out I rent with them. They have no problem billing me monthly or raising my rent but when I need a simple code or help they don't know me???? Use other options even if slightly more expensive because you will regret not doing so in the end.

My units are at the Winter Park location. Every issue that I had got resolved by the manager, Nikki, who manages Maitland but services both locations. She has been helpful, thorough, friendly, and seems to take a vested interest in making sure the facility is running properly and customer concerns are resolved. That is the mark of a good manager. Thank you, Nikki!

NIKKI IS THE MOST GENUINE AND HOSPITABLE EMPLOYEE PUBLIC STORAGE HAS EVER HAD!!
In this Day and Age where customer service is very hit or miss, NIKKI is truly the BEST GEM and you will find out that I'm speaking the truth once you get to meet and engage with her! She was very attentive, friendliest (not fake) and super-helpful!
I had some questions and needed assistance, and Nikki didn't hesitate, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me.
She could be in the middle of her workload, but this nice lady stopped everything so she can attend to me and my requests, even answered all of my questions. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or wasting her time. Not to mentioned the price was very reasonable in this location. But Nikki made a great and lasting impression with all the outstanding customer service she did for me. I've written so many praises and compliments on Google reviews but I must say NIKKI IS BY FAR THE BEST and is above the competition. I can't stop giving her compliments because that's how great she is.
NIKKI, THANK YOU FOR ALL THE ABOVE AND BEYOND THINGS YOU DO FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Ridiculous prices. BS company they raise there rates by 50% do they are full. And other public storage has no staff.
