My husband Who has been a long time customer considered a senior citizen was treated terribly by Solasade Acinsol and Nadra Davis. He was leaving for a trip overseas, he called on Monday and spoke with the pharmacist who told him to come in and he would fill his prescription one week early since he had been on the same prescription for over 10 years .He went in and Solasade Not only refused to fill the needed prescription, which is not a narcotic but a hormone that is much needed .She treated him like a criminal ,just despicable people!!!! I feel very sorry for Publix that they cannot find better help.

Curbside pick up for pharmacy service is not recommended. I kept getting transferred, no one was knowing how to process it. Waited at least 15 mins. Please do a type of training. It is a bad experience especially if you have a child sick waiting for the medication.

I love shopping at Publix. The employees are always friendly and willing to help you find what you need. They have a great selection of grab-and-go meals for when you're in a hurry, and the store is always well-organized. The cakes they make are delicious, too! I also appreciate that they sometimes have product testing opportunities. It's also great to see that they employ people with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to live a normal life. Overall, Publix is my go-to grocery store.

We are loyal Publix customers. We love our store in Sanford on Weldon. The store we visited this evening will be the last time we are at this location. We went in this evening for a quick order at the deli, no one acknowledged us or said hello. There were three employees walking around and cleaning and not taking the time to greet us. We eventually left to get something else to eat. The only reason we are proving one star was to our cashier, Luis.He was friendly, nice, sense of humor. Deli department needs to improve on their hospitality and attentiveness.Deli department needs to improve on their hospitality and attentiveness.

I'm so grateful for this pharmacy. With medication shortages, insurance, and all the legal requirements they have to adhere to I certainly don't expect my prescriptions to be 100% hassle free every time, but after switching to this pharmacy I've yet to have any issues with even a single prescription I've had to pickup. My parents use a different Publix pharmacy so I decided to try switching and I'm so glad I did. It's such a relief to be able to trust that my prescriptions will be ready when I need them, compared to the dread I had at my old pharmacy wondering what issue would come up THIS month. It felt so helpless.Today I called to make sure one of my prescriptions would be in stock when I needed it refilled and was told since I get my medicine there regularly they had already accounted for my upcoming refill when planning their stock. Such a small common sense thing I've begged other pharmacies to do to but their systems couldn't allow them to even if they wanted to. At this pharmacy I just never run into the 'issues with the sytem' that seems to happen every where else. The pharmacists are always kind and respectful. Some of my medications are controlled substances and despite being on the same prescriptions for a decade other pharmacies have made me feel judged just for trying to get the meds I need to function. But I've never gotten that vibe from anyone at this Publix, and this pharmacy makes me feel safe. They also were able to give me the most recent vaccine booster as a walk-in after I'd tried to get it unsuccessfully at 3 other pharmacies. I've actually gotten all my shots with Publix it's always been easy as just walking in and asking.Thank you all for always making getting my prescriptions easy despite all the hard work and hoops I know you need to jump through to do so. I literally get all my groceries at Publix because my pharmacy is there, and after experiencing Publix pharmacies I can't imagine trusting anyone else.

This is by far one of the worst Publix’s in the area.We patrons go to Publix because “shopping is (supposed to be) a pleasure”, right? Not here…the levels of incompetency and unprofessionalism amongst the “management” staff has to violate company bylaws. Specifically the short and stout one, Edward, that is unfamiliar with exercising free thought and thinking outside the confinements of his very limited corporate box to aid customers in resolving issues on simple matters. Do better Publix!

PUBLIX DONUTS AND BREAKFAST PASTRIES (ONLY)-- Don't get me wrong Publix is a great store (all locations) but their DONUTS AND BREAKFAST PASTRIES ARE BLOBS OF DOUGH. Lately I have thrown away 2 orders. The donuts are like eating a sub roll with some glaze. Bear claws the same. You every hear of "french pastry" with thin, light , flaky layers ? Well this ain't it. Just horrible. Don't use any Publix for these particular items.

Pros: Beautiful area and neighborhood, huge selection Cons: The sanitizing wipes are away from the hand sanitizing station - odd. Also, a cashier named Doug was really rude to me: I was there to pick up an Insta cart order but needed to get a few things. I went inside to get the things that I needed and went through Doug's shopping line. I asked the bagger if he knew if I could pick up my Instacart order there or not. Doug said, you might want to ask me since I am the cashier. I was a little put off by this comment. What does it matter if you're the cashier? Anyone can find out the answer for me. Then, he told me that he's never had anyone come into the store to shop. I said I've never had any clerk question why I'm in the store shopping. The managers may need to trade in some associates at the store.

Zero stars if I could. Went in this afternoon to have an RX filled after emergency dental surgery. Waiting patiently at the window while some lady sat at the counter, looked right at me and ignored me until I finally said something. "I am finishing my lunch". If you're off the clock, be out of site.Rude, told it'd be 3 or 4 hours to fill my RX.Going to be writing a letter to corporate over this one.

There is a reason, well, several reasons that I can point directly at to explain the rise of Publix to the very definition of what a supermarket should and could be here in the southeastern United States. First, Publix has amazing customer service. You are continuously greeted by the employees as you walk through the supermarket. They also will address any question or concern you might have. Customer service is just one thing that sets Publix apart. Another thing is their weekly BOGO (buy one, get on free) deals. Every week they have a slew of great deals. We also cannot forget their subs, affectionately known as pub subs. These are great subs. One of my main go to subs their Italian. I also like their roast beef and cheese. My daughter, who is not a huge sandwich fan, even likes their chicken tenders subs. My son, who does like sandwiches, likes their Italian sub, as well. Kind of weird to realize that some of the best subs come from a supermarket, but Publix definitely delivers. Oh, another thing that I am a fan of is the Publix diet iced tea, available over by the deli section. The deli is also pretty impressive. You can get cakes and whatnot, but I really like their bread and they also have pizza dough do that you can make your own homemade pizza. All in all, Publix is a great supermarket and it is my go to supermarket. If you have been to Publix, I am sure you will understand. If you are not familiar with Publix supermarket, try them once and you will be a fan. Publix has come a long way since they began here in Florida. They have expanded throughout the southeast and continue to grow. As I said, I do recommend Publix, definitely the best supermarket around.

When you go to the deli department they will automatically push you to the already sliced meats which I do not like I'd rather have my cold cuts or cheeses cut in front of me so I know and I can assure that is fresh, but this person at the deli today kept insisting on me Already cut. I just got frustrated she kept pushing me to that area and I did not want already cut meats or cheeses I will never enter this Publix again. Just do your damn job and cut the f****** cold cuts or cheeses in front of me

There was a Publix employee in front of me at the deli counter for a sandwich/salad. The employee took 20 minutes to order a sandwich while talking to all of the employees about his personal life on his day off. I don't care if your son got soap in his mouth last night. In addition the public employee on his day off is in the store without a mask. I was finally able to order my salad to find out the employee didn't close the lid tight and seal it and the whole thing spilt all over the floor. I then was told I need to wait in line with 15 people in it. The line is backed up because of that at the Publix employee talking about his personal life for 20 minutes to all the other Publix employees.

Publix in Maitland Orlando Ave has the best suishi. The suishi chef in this store is always so accommodating. The suishi is nothing lie the other stores. The rolls are spectacular and suishi bowls he makes are so delicious. I wish he worked in Oviedo or trained others. The rolls are tight and absolutely made with every detail.
